This review is one of those "wish I could rate 0 stars" reviews . The customer service level here is very poor, I'm not expecting to be treated as if I'm at a nice restaurant. But at least the basics are expected. To be fair, there was a nice manager who at least gave me a warming smile when I entered the building. I feel like I should give credit where it's due. The rudeness starts early, when I approach the cashier, she doesn't even acknowledge I'm there, she just promptly turns her back and starts talking to one of the crew members. Then while I'm finally talking to the cashier, discussing how the app says there is trouble with the payment but yet it keeps placing holds on amounts according to my bank, the cook rudely interrupts and engages in conversation. The only reason I was using the app was because I wanted the whopper for$1, so being irritated and figuring its just the app, I digress and just order three 10 piece orders of nuggets. After purchasing the food and on my second attempt to address the issue from the app, the cashier calls over a manager to get help. But the manager, without even listening to the whole story just says I don't have the money in the account. Even though I just used the same card to purchase the nuggets while waiting for her to get there. And finally, even though I did tell the cashier I wanted sauce with the nuggets, they still hand me a bag with 29 nuggets and no sauce. Read morePLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING I've been to many different location and had no issues but this location the female manager that I'll call karen is extremely prejudice words a group of vets ive been to this locations 2 times for breakfast to meat up with my friends which are also vets and when we order our food and enjoy our time catching with each other the Karen manager comes over and says there is only a 30 minute siting period and when we acknowledge her and reminded Karen we ordered she gave a extremely rude and disrespectful remarks. Like yelling hey several times when we are trying to figure out where we could meet up at to Continue our meeting as Karen continues yo yell for us to leave since we exceed the 30 minute policy which Karen kept repeating that it is a company policy. Read moreTuesday, 10 July 2018, at approximately 1145: Complete order was wrong, I didn't even think it was possible for an order to be that wrong, I guess it's my own fault for not checking it before we left though. We ordered the number 11 (spicy chicken sandwich) plain, we received a burger patty and a bun. We also ordered the sourdough cheeseburger combo ketchup only and that's literally what we got no cheese, no bacon, just two patties with ketchup.
The manager woman was yelling at one of the employees and cursing at her in front of customers about being late coming back from break. Talk about unprofessional, I feel super bad for the girl she was screaming at, nobody deserves to be treated like that.
The floor in the restaurant was filthy and sticky.
The only positive thing about this place was that the person who was expediting was extremely courteous and you could tell she was doing the best she could with what she had to work with. I wish I would've caught her name. All I can say to her is kudos to you ma'am, it may just be "Burger King" for now but I believe with your work ethic you will go...
