If I could give no stars I would. Went there tonight, to start they tried giving me someone else's food then when I refuse because all I got was 2 cheesburgers and a large fry they asked me to pull to the line. The girl brings my food out after 4 other cars get their food and 20 minutes later. I bring it back to eat and reach in the bag for some fries and they are COLD. So I look in the bag to make sure I wasn't grabbing something or someone else's food and there is a half order of a large fry in the bag. So I reach for my burgers and both of them are COLD. I went back to speak to manager. NOT ONCE DID SHE APOLOGIZE. After I told her everything she asked if I would like her to remake my food or did I want a refund. Well let's see if it toke 20 minutes the first time do you really think I want to wait 20 more minutes for you to remake it again. I don't think so. So I said a refund. Read moreThis review is specifically about the manager I spoke with today, June 10, at 6:45 AM. Her name was Carissa Smith and I called because my bagel sandwich was not as ordered and the bagel itself had been smashed flat like a pancake. When I told her about this and that it was missing breakfast sauce she told me the toaster smashes the bagels unapologetically. When I asked for her name, she told it to me and then hung up on me. This is not behavior that a manager should be displaying in front of their employees and to customers. I’m writing this review in hopes that the franchise owner will see it and address her behavior and the standard of the food you’re serving. If the toasters do not work, you should replace them and use the grill to toast the bagels in the meantime, not tell customers they should settle for a subpar product.

Read moreThis location can't seem to see a difference between an iced coffee and a latte. Every time I have gone and ordered a latte ( pretty much every visit) I have gotten an iced coffee, and the girl at the window on 2 occasions has lied and said it was a latte when it clearly was not. But today I ordered a latte as normal and got a iced coffee AGAIN and when I tried to tell her about the mistake had the window shut on me. Another employee acknowledged me but it was the same girl that had ignored me remaking it. And she remakes and iced coffee.... Can you all please get it together because your iced coffee in my opinion isn't even that good it taste like watered down coffee which is why I get the lattes. Most likely will have to just find somewhere else that can do a better job on customer service and getting an order correct since there clearly is a problem...
