Dont wanna be rude to the cashier, shes new, but the whole communication and the fact that there were 2 workers in there... first i ask for a beef enchiladas, a "number 13" she told us that the "enchiladas were made already of beef " and it only got cheese inside. Just a cheesy mess of beans and rice, dont get me wrong, im sure if they cook your order corretly it would be delicious, my dad enjoyed his carnitas, but we order 2 of them, we only recieve 1, the orders are usually quick to release but thas another thing, a couple came in and they order almost 10 meals to go, before they ordered i ask the cashier about the other order, she told me that it was on the way. It wasnt. I have to wait almost 10 minutes still after finishing my food staring at the cashier silently and then ask her whats with the food, and then, after having a talk with the cooker who seems to be a more experiment worker she made me pay again for the third, i dont expect at perfect service and wouldnt demand a "free meal" other way if it werent for all those mistakes, after all i did try being understanding of her, again, good food, nice ambient, but I really dint get none of my...
Read moreFederico's was a pleasant surprise for a heat drained traveler passing through. The h re at drive me to stop driving around 3pm and I decided to grab some food before retiring for the evening. Federico's was just down the street from the Motel so I hopped on over.
I was greater by a warm staff some of whom were talking with other customers. The staff were wearing their masks as were most customers (except those eating of course). They had hand sanitizer at the counter and Federico's had blocked off every other booth. I felt comfortable ordering and eating here during COVID-19.
I ordered the chimichanga and it was delicious! It was lightly fried with a crunchy but fluffy tortilla. The shredded beef was moist and flavorful with guacamole and sour cream outside.
