Its a functional space for different activities. Great location, building is in great shape well kept up. Basically the building has two big size bathrooms, a small size room for a meeting/gather (might fit 20 people in it) an area to prepare food, the main area is all open with high ceilings and the floor is tile (i believe the front of the building is glass and there are two glass doors for the entrance. There is also a back entrance that has a very small parking lot. Parking isn't the best especially if there is an event going...

Great venue space nestled in the old district section of Kingman. Held a venue for Arizona 811 Damage Prevention & Safety the last two years for me and several years past for Arizona 811. Kingman Chamber pre setup tables and chairs for event and large wall space for projection screen. Catering delivered on-site and large spacious space able to capacitate a large attendance comfortably!!! Will be back next year and many more to come for our Kingman...

I went to this place to donate blood for the United blood services it didn't take long to go about 20 minutes my weight was about 5 minutes and after a dumb you got to wait 15 minutes. I really go there to donate blood 1st but then grandma's cookies are 2nd all the time it's like almost a tie between 1st and 2nd over them things known then I guzzle a couple waters.
