I drive a semi truck . That I park across the street st the truck stop Than I walk over to your restaurant in hope that the lobby is open.Your hours on the door are never correct. I've even called to ensure the restraint lobby would be open. I was assured it would be. But when I arrived, parked then walked over. Only to be told the lobby was closed. No accommodations have ever been made.As a matter of fact the cashier told me to drive my truck through the drive thru cause they cant serve if i just walk around and order ,We all know the outcome of that. It happened few times to me before I write this, and always when I get there, there are other truck drivers that they took the exist specially to get wendy's ,struggled to find a parking spot for their trucks to be turned back cause lobby is closed and they are not driving to be served at the drive thru ,I'm asking that your store and staff are accountable. Read moreDrive thru experience I had a choice of either Carl's Jr or Wendy's so I chose Wendy's because of their grilled chicken sandwich I like their grilled chicken it's the same one they use in their salads, anyway I made the mistake of adding a baked potato to my order because but the time I got to eat the baked potato it was quite old tasting and hard like it had been sitting around for too long the outside was to hard to break with my plastic fork and I could only break through the center part after loading it up with my sour cream and chives and adding provided sea salt and pepper I attempted to eat the center "soft portion" only to find out it was completely tasteless I was very disappointed and like I said I was a drive thru customer I was too far gone to return it or anything so I was forced to through it out.
And by the way the chicken sandwich was terrific that's how I knew my taste buds were working properly.
Just to be fair it was about 10PM so perhaps the quality was off due to pre prepped food...
Read moreI stopped at this Wendy’s drive-thru on 10/23/25 around 10:55 PM, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a burger combo and a 4-piece chicken tender. The employee began taking my order, then suddenly said, “Sorry, we’re closed.” When I asked what time they closed, she said 10:57 PM—which was literally the current time—while still serving the car in front of me.
When I questioned it, she said the chicken tenders take six minutes to cook, so they couldn’t make them before closing. She didn’t offer to make the rest of my order or provide any kind of solution—she simply refused service. Completely unprofessional and rude.
I wouldn’t usually recommend someone lose their job, but this employee 100% deserved to be terminated for how she handled this. If you’re going to take an order, you finish it. Simple as that. My family and I have stopped at this Wendy’s every few months on our way to Vegas, but after this experience,...
