Poor management of this store was our experience today. Trash piled up in the trashcan spilling out onto the sidewalk outside. Inside the ladies’ room trash again spilling out onto the floor. The men’s room had soap all over the sink where the bottom head come out of the soap container. Someone had placed a tissue over the soap, as if that was going to help. Again, in the main dining room, the trashcan was filled to the brim. The poor young girl who was waiting on us was woefully undertrained. She was taking people’s orders and then taking other’s orders right behind them, not filling the orders immediately, so then she was confused and was getting orders wrong.She was confused and obviously unable to handle the transactions alone. There were two other people in the store, one exclusively handling the drive-through, the other a lady in the back who worked for Baskin-Robbins and was obviously putting together the ice cream cakes and delivering them to the front freezer. Another employee, a girl with long brown hair came in during all this, the young girl asked her question, she literally threw up her hands and said “it’s not my job” and went to the back, still leaving the newbie to try and deal with customers who were waiting and waiting . This is a very busy store, right off of I 95. There is no way that there should be so few people manning the store during spring break week. One girl was in drive thru, leaning over the counter on her phone, a boy stood playing with his hands by the food area, then another girl was sitting behind the counter where baskin used to be on her phone. I had made eye contact with her but she didn’t even respond. As I was about to leave, another employee walked in the door, she welcomed us, took a look and said she’d be with me as soon as she clocked in. She not only took my order, but everyone else’s as well. Making each order directly after taking it. The others started to ‘work’ as they saw her doing it all. But she’d taken care of us before they even realized. It’s a shame I was told she found another job but I cannot blame her. Read moreI usually go to this location several times a week. Most of the staff has always been wonderful. I went today 7/19 for a latte. I saw sign about the 2$ latte special in afternoons. I wanted more info about the special, so that I could come back during week and try it. Marly who was working said they have no special, I said it was on the sign on the menu, she was rude, I asked if there was a Mgr or another employee who could tell me about the special. She said "they don't always tell us about the specials." There was no Mgr to talk to and this is not the kind of service that Dunkin Donuts is known for. They usually train the employees on great customer service. Very disappointed, as this used to be my favorite place to go.
