I wish I could go lower. We've had semi decent experiences with them in the past but this last time will be the last time we give them our business. We ordered a coffee table, end tables and a dining room set from them in July. They told us it might be a little into August by the time the dining set got in, ok. The coffee tables and end tables came in, loved them. we continuously would call back and check the status of the dining room set. We were given a number for the person in charge of handling delivery only for him to tell us week to week "Uh I'm about 70% sure it's going to be ready this week." Absolutely horrible communication and unacceptable excuses for customer service. The kicker? We were told it would be delivered this week, only for them to call my fiance back and tell her it wouldn't be happening. It wasn't until we told them we were coming in later for a refund that something magical and glorious happened and behold! It was delivered. I'd rather relive my divorce and every bad experience again in my life than buy anything from this...

Really bad experience!! I went and I purchase a living room set and a washer and dryer they provided me with the wrong information after submitting my payment they advised me to wait 90 days to finish my payment so I would not be charge interest and I did just that for them to turn around and call my job and give my personal information about me missing a payment when they told not to make one until the 90 days and when you speak to the manager they were not helpful at all I will not return or recommend anyone there and if you do go be sure to ask the proper questions and let them know you do not wish for you them to call your job and give personal information about missing a payment they will contact your job first and then you after and after paying off what I owe they told me they gave me a discount but in reality the furniture was on sale at the time will not give my business...

We moved from Missouri to the area a bit over 4 years ago. We found Farmer’s completely by accident. We have purchased 3 bedroom sets, a chair, kitchen table set, our lawn tractor, and our trailer. When Covid hit we were hit hard as we own a trucking company. Crystal, Eleanor, John and staff went above and being to work with us. Crystal is always pleasant and sweet even on days when I’m not having the best day. We can go elsewhere but why should we. Miss Lori has even ordered items for us if we wanted something not in stock. You honestly can’t go wrong. They ARE NOT a rent to own spot so if that’s what you need DO NOT come here. They do offer financing and it’s a great way to boost your credit score.
