Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Kingsland

UPDATE: On 4/17/2024 @ approx 12:30pm I received a call from Freddy's HR AMANDA, who chimed Ralph Burns In on the conversation, who is basically tired of me climbing the ladder with this matter, who also stated he's gonna file a report to have me to STOP contacting them on this matter, because he Ralph Burns closed the case, that's hillarious! Ralph Burns, this is America, we all have opions on matters!!!!!

Whenever I go to any establishment I always appreciate If the atmosphere is welcoming, however that was not the case at Freddy's in Kingsland, my son worked there he Is 16y.o he worked and never had a call in, never had any issues with anyone until this new Gm Jasmyn came a month ago. My son who is still in high school would work on some school nights until 12a.m or later, my husband went and spoke with the manager Morgan their, who apologized and assured he would be out for now on at a decent time, well the GM Jasmyn started riding him about other things, ripped pants, ripped shirt, and that's understandable, however I am an It's not what you say to people it's how you say it. RUDE, she is very rude. l went to speak with her to see what the issue was, and right off the back yeah what can i do for you and gave ATTITUDE. Jasmyn began to tell me what someone else told her about my son, I stopped her and said wait a minute if you are talking to me this way, I know for a fact what the employees and my son are saying about you is true, she shrubbed her shoulders and said I don't care, clearly, she doesn't care and is only there for a paycheck, because if I came to you respectfully and off the bat you get defensive and give attitude and be rude, yes that threw me over and I let her know wrong person, don't talk to me in that manner. I then asked for her boss contact information, and she said she wasn't allowed to give me anything pertaining to her boss, cool. The other manager Morgan called the police, and right when they walked in, she wanted a no trespassing, and LIED about the situation, and I am cool with that, I never went there but once, and did not like the food there. I then contacted my reliable resources who I knew had the owner and other corporate contact information and reached out, I called Ralph, which I did not come to any resolution with the matter, so I emailed Amanda, my complaint which is Jasmyn boss, Amanda forwarded it to Ralph, and then I get an email from Ralph saying clearly, I have other objectives!!! I clearly do not understand how someone in management can talk to someone the way JASMYN did!!! If they do not change the way things are being done there, they are going to lose a lot more employees, because from my understanding most are tired of her and...

I came by for a bite to eat after work, and apparently the manager is rude to all the employees and the minor workers, a concerned mom stopped by to speak with the manager and boy o boy was the manager rude. The mother was asking what was the problem with her continuously harassing her son every time he comes to work, and the way that manager talked to that parent was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. The manager then called the cops lied on the mother and had them to issue them both a no trespassing, I recorded the entire thing the mother didn't do anything wrong she simply had questions. I will not be coming back to this establishment ever again. That was so unfair to that concerned parent. The parent asked for her Boss name and number, and she replied she was not allowed to give her that. I asked one of the employees before leaving what was the rude manager's name and the employee said she is always rude to everyone, and her name is Jasmyn. I wish I could have gotten the name...

Stopped in today around 3:00 for lunch. I noticed when we went in that the place was dirty from the lunch crowd. A lot of food on the floor and the tables had not been cleaned . The trash by the door was over flowing to the point you could not put anything else in the trash bin. The gal that waited on us was not really rude but really seemed to not to want us there. The employee's in the back were all joking and cutting up. Not being professional at all. We ordered and found a "clean" table, the food was good which was a plus. This was not our first time going here and when we have gone before it has been in the evening after the dinner crowd has finished up. It has always been clean when we go except for today.
