Wendy's — Restaurant in Kingsland

Before I rant id like to say I always try to be nice and never complain about everything in a order . I'll let things slide because we're all human but this visit was just horrible . First they made the burger wrong and when I went back inside just to have them add the stuff they forgot the lady wanted to argue and yell and said she put that stuff on the burger and the cashier at the front said there's nothing on the burger because I opened it and showed him , She then yelled back " I know for a fact I made that burger right I didn't forget to add anything.". So then I'm guessing she is accusing me of taking my sandwich apart. I never even requested a new sandwich I just told them I just wanted my stuff added to the burger. She was mad talking crap about she added everything to it while adding the 2 things that she did forget , and then proceeded to squish the burger with her fingers. Next my fries were so old and hard that the potatoes inside the fry were nothing but crust and air.And they literally put like 12 fries in the box it wasn't even half full Finally my chicken nuggets were just plain cold and nasty . All around , this was a horrible visit and the food was disgusting. I will be calling tomorrow or later tonight to speak with someone that's not in this shift to let them know about my complaints and show them the...

I'm very disappointed with Wendy's ever since they went drive thru only because of the COVID issue, and the fact they won't hire enough people to open the dining area. With drive thru only you don't get to complain about how the burger has stale bread, the meat is over cooked, and the fries are stale. The only saving grace is the frosty is the best thing they can't mess up. Wendy's just don't have employees that take pride in what they do for the customers... Fast forward to 2023.

I decided to stop by and dine-in before I go into work. I ordered a #1 double cheese no pickle large meal. Now I always thought the burgers came with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle; plus mayo, mustard, and ketchup. When I say down the order was almost right; it was missing onion, and the burger patties were not fresh; they tasted like they had been sitting on the grill for half an hour. A bit over cooked in my opinion. They couldn't keep the ice machine filled blaming children for playing with it, but kids were in school at that time of day. At least the fries were just out of the fryer. I would think of you're going to advertise fresh not frozen; then you should make...

Very unprofessional staff. The person taking the orders was asking for help, and when no one helped she proceeded to complain in a passive aggressive way. All the customers knew she was unhappy, needed a drink, was in the hospital the night before, bad tooth, etc. On top of that, the dining room was disgusting, no napkins (apparently for awhile because the employee stated she knew there hadn't been for a long time cause she couldnt get to it) all trash cans were full. The bathroom was beyond disgusting, filthy floors, dirty diapers hanging out of the overflowing trash can, sink countertop overflowing with water. This all made me very nervous to eat the food, but we didn't have time to go somewhere else. The burger wrappers were.covered in grease, cheese was cold and solid on the burger, the fries were tough like they were made an hour ago. It's sad, we love Wendy's.
