Hardee’s — Restaurant in Kingsport

First of all, this is a place that I have eat breakfast at and ham sandwiches at since I was about 4 years old all over the country all over Tennessee Virginia North carolina. Every time I have been up there in the past 15 to 20 times and there's no exaggeration in this I have witnesses always leave food out of the bag the orders never correct I talk to him about it they keep paying people 15 bucks an hour to do this and they can't count to 9 items if they can count to 15 the problem is that they're counting the wrong things and not taking pride in their job there's no commas or proper punctuation is because it's just me mad and you know somebody's got to do something about it we're losing restaurants or closing businesses down everywhere because people have a piss poor work ethic there attitudes are just ignorant towards doing a job it sucks we all have to work I have to and I do my job every day all I expect is when I come and pay 30 bucks for food to get all of the food that I ordered and this is with me standing there watching them do it and everything without having to take everything back out of the bag to check them when they're getting paid 15 bucks an hour there's four five six people standing there surely we can get everybody together for just a minute or two and compound the issue of putting the food in the bag correctly I'm leaving this because I've tried talking to them nicely and it ain't nothing against them it's just every single time I come there and get breakfast I have one day off a week and I have to come back down there to get all my food if you would like message me cuz I'd really like to talk in person instead of a message board on a feed so it's something for everybody to read and I hope everybody reads this. I didn't check to leave a star rating because it was there's not a zero star there but the people that work our great people it ain't the people it's just somebody has got to do something about making the ones that are there that's doing it accountable to read the receipt and put the food in the bag I shouldn't have to pay $31 to get food and have to check to make sure somebody getting paid $15 done it correctly, as a restaurant owner you should be there in the store not sitting somewhere watching a message board so you can thank people about their great comments they leave being there and talking to a customer that has come there for years and spent thousands of dollars eating food from your establishment deserves at very minimum to get their order delivered to them...

went again as i wanted to try the new promotional chicken biscuit. staff was friendly as usual inside. ordered a platter as well. order was made within minutes. which is great. normally i check my order but didn't this time as i had someone with me. before i went in i heard someone mentioning they couldn't chew their food. low and behold that person went in and said this is too hard overcooked and couldn't chew it. manager right away without hesitation replaced her order. manager kept asking to make sure orders were complete as i guess many peoples extras or side items were forgotten that day maybe. manager did so to mine as well, yes it was forgotten but it was then put with my order. not sure if it is due to maybe too busy or personal preference of cooking, or how one is told to cook the items. biscuit in the platter was dry . sausage in it was dry all around the edges as if it was kept warm somewhere overcooking. eggs were great as the guy made them to order. very fast too. gravy normally is great from there! was bland. no biggie, added some salt. chicken waffle was a huge disappointment. almost 5 dollars for a small chicken tender (im assuming due to my order was almost 12 dollars, platter was 4, chicken biscuit as well) overcooked or very well done. looked too dark. in a real small belgium waffle, cut in half, flattened out with a drop of honey on the chicken. wasn't even wrapped with the paper good. not trying to cause issues its just that one would expect more. not sure if it is how one is instructed to cook or if it is personal preference of those cooking the items it just wasn't enjoyable. here is a picture of the waffle sandwich. no i didn't break, eat most of it, flatten it out, ruin it in any way. of course the other half is in my hand. i held it this way for...

The food and service here are great the only problem I had, was that I was sitting at a table, minding my own business when a lady says "hey" to catch my attention. I politely say hello back and she starts asking me about my relationship with someone and if I was the second girl or something. I'm very confused at this point because I have no idea who this woman is or why she knows anything about my relationships with people. So I'm trying to end the conversation and go back to minding my own business but instead of dropping the conversation the lady who started the whole thing tells me that she didn't recognize me because I gained so much weight. I don't even know this woman and she's offending me and disturbing my peace by starting something. I do sincerely hope no one else, in the future when this problem is resolved, has to go through this sort of experience. Evidently she's a regular and from what I've been told her name is Barbara she has been making people uncomfortable when she's around and this sort of event has happened multiple times with other people in the past yet nothing...
