I always enjoyed 7 brew and I went there daily. We were under a boil water advisory due to flooding in a nearby town. and there was a sign up stating some drinks would not be available. I ordered my regular smoothie and sat in line in my car and the temp was in the 90s. I waited and waited about 30 minutes. When I got up front to get my smoothie the guy said they couldn’t make a smoothie due to water advisory. I ask why did they not say something when I ordered. He replied the girl taking orders did not know. So they have a girl taking orders that isn’t on the same page as the crew. I don’t know how much water is in a smoothie, but while sitting in line, I watched some men unload a pick up truck full of ice. Sad they didn’t feel I was worthy when I went there daily. I was offered a drink, but I only buy smoothies and they know it. I went back once and gave them a chance to make it right, reminded them how I was treated and they shrugged it off as though I didn’t matter. I haven’t went back and went to the other location a few times, but my heart just wasn’t into it anymore, and I looked forward to my daily smoothie. After writing this review I def won’t go back because I wouldn’t want someone doing something to my drink. Before this incident I was always satisfied with my order and would have recommended it more. I had got two friends going there after telling them how good the smoothies were. So I scooted on...
Read moreI'll list pros and cons. Pros: Good customer service and friendly staff. I liked the drive through old school music that they had playing. Good atmosphere! Cons: Took longer then expected to make our drinks. We had the frozen/blended triple 7 coffee's. My fiancees tasted so much different then mine as you could barely taste the coffee. His had chocolate drizzle and mine had caramel but you couldn't taste the coffee in his drink. I stirred it well and then you could taste a hint of coffee and it was supposed to be 6 shots. I think the ones from a cheaper fast food chain tastes better and also ones from a more premium coffee joint. The drinks wasn't as cold as expected. They also loaded mine down with so much caramel that it was overly sweet but also the coffee they added was slightly bitter and they loaded my fiancees down with dark chocolate drizzle and in most cases I like extra drizzle but there drizzle was a bit much. It wasn't horrible but not the best so I rate 3 stars. It was just a bit overpriced for the quality. I will not try anymore coffee drinks although I may give them one more shot with smoothies. In all fairness I'm picky with my Frappuccino's and I think this place is over rated but I'll try the smoothies or iced...
Read moreSo I'm from The Southern Oregon area, and there we had coffee stands every corner. Take the number of Baptists churches and Dollar Generals we have in East Tennesee and that's how many coffee stands we have on the west coast. Dutch Bros was the one to beat. They had the great business model the great coffee and the fun atmosphere. 7 Brew is modeled after Dutch Bros. The owner used to live in Oregon for a while and he loved DB so he basically copied the recipes and the atmosphere and made 7 brew in Arkansas. Since it has spread out through the east coast now. Basically it's 99% a Dutch bros clone. Which is great for the Tri Cities since we don't have DB here. I really dig it since I came from a coffee culture seeing these guys and scooters come to the tri cities made me a very happy guy. Having basically a clone of DB here down to the flavor also was nice to get a flavor of the west coast. Hoping we get more stands. I know DB is on the way and as far as Morristown so it's only a matter of time before you can compare the two brands and see how alike they are. So 7 Brew ya won over a hard core Dutch Bros guy. Hopefully you will keep growing when...
