The lady making our food was nice. She wasn't very talkative but she was nice so I can't complain about that. Another customer asked her for something while she was in the middle of making our order. We had to ask her to change her gloves because she grabbed a trashcan to move it out of her way to get something for that customer and came back asking my husband what he would like, grabbed the food bowl and was going to start making his burrito bowl. I told him you need to ask her to change her gloves that is nasty. After we paid and got our food we went on to find a table to set our food down. There was only one table out of all the tables that was somewhat clean which it still wasn't completely clean. You could still see dried food on the table but all of the other tables were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned after each customer. Next we went to get our drinks and I really wish I would have taken a picture. There was drink spilled and had been left for so long you could see spots where it was drying. There was nasty finger prints and food all over the drink counter where you had nowhere to even sit your drink down to grab a lid and straw. The napkin holders were all empty except one that was about out. We sat down at the one partially clean table and started eating. Looking around the floor was gross and hadn't been swept or cleaned. There was food droppings everywhere. The windows had dirty finger prints all over them. The environment made me disgusted where I couldn't even try to enjoy my food. I was very disappointed after spending over $40 on this food for us three to not even want to eat it because the whole experience was awful. Read moreI ordered from the Chipotle app to pick up via the drive through lane. When I arrived, they had a a sign taped to the window that said they didn't have steak or guacamole - which is fine since I hadn't ordered either of those things. But it is just odd when a fast casual restaurant doesn't have two of their main products. Regardless, I was soon informed by the employee that they didn't have the braised beef that I had ordered as a burrito either. Ok - things happen. He offered to make a substitution which I declined since everything else costs less and I instead asked for a refund. He informed me that I had to request the refund via the app, which is annoying. I went home and did this and the customer service agent (Anne Perris) had the audacity to say that I would be refunded my amount as a ONE TIME COURTESY. A courtesy?! Are you kidding me? Is Chipotle in the business of outright theft now? If you cannot provide the service that I PAID FOR, it is not a courtesy to refund my money. How ludicrous. Read moreThis is the first time I have ever left a bad review but my experience was so bad I felt compelled. The restraunt was very dirty. Garbage overflowing, food all over tables and food prep areas. No forks, no toilet paper in bathroom. The food was cold and based on how bad the place looked there was no telling how long it had been that way. I had serious questions about the safety of the meat. When I told the one girl upfront that I could find these things she accused me of being very rude and singling her out(she was the only one out front) she told me to leave. I was shocked to be honest. I know I wasn't rude. I try to always treat people like I want to be treated. I also think people should have an opportunity to fix things. Everyone has a bad night. My experience was terrible which saddens me because we waited a long time for chipoltle to come to this area. What a shame. Definately don't want food poisoning or to eat in filth and treated badly....
