This is hands down the worst location in the Tri-Cities. Drive-thru sucks, staff sucks, food sucks. Tonight is our last visit. They tried to charge me $.25 cents for THEIR mistake. I ordered the new honey pepper pimento grilled chicken sandwich and received it on a multigrain brioche bun. This sandwich comes on a regular buttered bun. I brought this to their attention and the girl tried charging me for their mistake. She didn’t even apologize or seem to care whatsoever. I was very understanding and was even kind enough to tell the girl that they didn’t have to remake my sandwich, I just wanted the bun that it came with - that’s it! The girl informed me that they would make me another sandwich. They finally brought the sandwich to the table, and guess what? It was fried chicken, not grilled! Obviously, this could have been avoided if the girl would have listened to me and confirmed my order. I’m bringing this to your attention because not one person owned their mistake or even apologized. The lack of customer service is basically nonexistent here. The buns were also cold on both sandwiches when my boyfriend and I finally got to eat. You all can do better than this! We moved from Johnson City and NEVER encountered anything like this at any other CFA location. We eat CFA religiously! This place is very unprofessional to say the least. Kids were standing around everywhere, but not acknowledging anyone. The front counter was full of guests, but it appeared no one was doing anything. ZERO sense of urgency, not to mention, I didn’t even hear “MY PLEASURE” once. Your management team might want to consider retraining these clowns. JC locations will literally chase you down the parking lot if they think they made a mistake with your order or left something out of your bag. I’ve even had them call me up on my way home because they left a cookie out of my bag, leave a reward in the app AND literally mail me a gift card as their way of saying sorry. Kingsport, do better. Read moreBecause of their SLOW and UNORGANIZED service, I normally avoid this Chick-fil-A restaurant like the plague, but I was in the neighborhood and needed breakfast. As I approached the store, I noticed that the drive-thru was not as crowded as normal, so I pulled in. There were two cars ahead of me in the right lane when I pulled in. The employee (older white male) who is assisting the first vehicle in this line finishes, turns, and LOOKS RIGHT AT ME. Instead of walking down the line to me, he moves to the left lane and begins assisting a Chevy pickup that had just pulled in! There were already two or three employees on that side, so he wasn't needed over there. Instead, he openly refused to serve me, which is NOT OKAY! I assume it was due to the fact that I drive an older small car and I am not a young, hot, female. I may not have the most expensive automobile or be the most attractive person, but I DESERVE DECENT TREATMENT just like any other customer. To top things off, the person in front of me kept chatting with the employee instead of concluding her order and yet, no other employee would assist me. Then, it appeared they misplaced that person's order at the pick up window and instead of asking them to pull up, we all sat behind that car awaiting them to FINALLY get that car served. Read moreMy wife put in an order this morning to pick up some breakfast on the chic fil a one app. ordered our food and they said that we had 12 minutes to be there because breakfast is stopped at 10:30. We arrive to chic fil a at 10:15 and there is no where to pull into the parking lot and the line is wrapped around the building as normal. We are unable to tell them a parking space location because you cant even enter the parking lot. We call the store and because we are unable to get into the parking lot the manager names CARTER tell us that we can park at IHOP which is next door, But on their app it doesn't say anything about being able to park at IHOP and pick up your food. So Chic-Fil-A cancels our order and we dont recieve our food because we can not enter the restaurant because they have the doors locked. All they offer us is some lousy coupons which does nothing for the fact that im hungry now. The Customer service at this facility is very poor and needs to be address. Chic Fil A prides its self on good customer service and you cant even open the dining room to let people come inside and pick up your order when every other restaurant in the Tri Cities is open is really sad.
