01/09/25 we ordered online to get faster service and skip lines. I went in and told guy I was here to pick up "" order and he asked if I was "" and I said yes. He said working on it. Two customers ordered food and began asking about changing the order and what was on sandwiches. Guy say no problem and began making theirs. After waith 15 minutes the other worker came in and they threw my order together in about 2 minutes, with one wrapper and paper sticking out almost showing bread. I said Inever complain but why was the other people put in front of me? They said their policy was to do people in store first, I said I am in store and ordered 30 minutes ago online to skip crowds. They said order had just come through, althrough he acknowledged my name and had the 2 sandwiches started when I first come in. My problem is why lie, just say I am sorry and made a mistake instead of your order never came through or our policy is...., don't treat me like I am stupid. They made one excuse after another; but never said the truth. Mine was already ordered and paid before the customers even ordered. He was making the two online orderes and stopped to fix the people that came in food. So, we order ASAP and get placed on back burner. "Jimmy John's online orders can be faster than in-store orders because of their use of parallel processing. This technique allows them to make multiple sandwiches simultaneously, which reduces processing time...
Read moreThe past two experiences i have had here have been terrible. The first time ordered at 11am, and HOUR before my lunch break. When i called, the employee was very apologetic and nice about the delay so i understood. The next time i ordered at 11am, an HOUR in advance again and my food did not get to me until 12:45. Both occasions my sandwiches were soggy and i didn't even get to eat them due to my lunch break being over an hour prior to receiving it. I get there is a lunch rush, but that is a little ridiculous. My location each time is max 5 minutes away from the store. This store is most definitely not Freaky Fast. I will not be ordering from here again due to the inaccurate representation of their delivery time frame and my soggy sandwiches.
EDIT Update: The owner of this store reached out to me with the desire to make things right. I appreciate him taking the time to do so. Although my experience was not the best, it makes a difference that he went out of his way to speak to me with understanding and respect towards my experience. I will continue to give this store my service because of the character the store owner has shown. Thank you, Brian...
Read moreLook at this. I hadn't eaten at a Jimmy Johns in about 10 years (used to like them all right), but this is a disgrace. The subs got more narrow and (even worse) there is almost no meat and cheese. Not putting hardly any meat on my sub is like not putting any respect on my name. What is messed up is if I paid way less than the asking price and took my sub, they'd call the cops and get satisfaction, but this is criminal and they can get away with it. I will complain to the company, and we should all raise hell about this kind of stuff (I'd have gone back in there if I was still nearby when I opened the sub). This is what they think of us. Guy behind the counter was rude too.
Here is what the company had to say when I contacted them. Seriously, don't support this business:
"Our meats and provolone cheese are sliced in store fresh, and we make sure to only use perfect portions, to make the sandwich of sandwiches! Each sandwich follows an exact recipe that have been perfected over time to give our sandwiches the perfect balance of meats, veggies and bread. The recipe is based off a weighed-out portion amount of meat, and...
