The worst TJMaxx Iāve ever been to. The cashier was super rude. Had an attitude with me the whole time. Iāve never had a problem at TJMaxx before. I found something on the sale rack that fit me. Itās hard for me to find clothes that fit. It didnāt have the matching pieceā¦I am assuming thatās why it was on the sale rack. I asked for the manager and he told her to look for the matching piece. She came back with nothing and said she couldnāt find it. She said they have to wait a week to see if it shows up and they would call me. She took my number and wrote it down sloppily. Iām sure they wonāt call. They threw the dress on the counter with the loose piece of paper. They had several other things with missing matches on the sale rack and I bought something that was on sale that didnāt have a match. She was super rude. When I first asked for a manager she said Iām the ācoordinator.ā TJMaxx has always been accommodating about items on sale but she really was dying on this hill about finding this other piece for whatever reason. Its their fault it was on the sale rack with not a matching piece or price tag not mine. Create one, let me buy it. I have never had this problem...

We went down near the purses and bags, and a lady, and her teen daughter, had a little brown poodle that lunged at my service dog. I actually had to kick the dog in its face to get it to back off, and only after I kicked the dog, did the lady finally pick the dog up. I informed the employee at the register about what had happened, because the sign on the door clearly states SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY, and she said she doesn't know if there is anything they can do. I told her if that dog, which clearly doesn't act like a service dog, were to attack my service dog, or anybody else in the store, the store would be held accountable, since she has now been told there is an aggressive dog in the store. The employee stated she doesn't know the laws regarding service dogs, so she didn't know what to do about it. Ignorance doesn't excuse allowing an aggressive animal to remain in your store, after you've been confronted by a disabled customer, with a service dog, voicing their complaint about this animal. I returned 1 article of clothing and 1 jewelry item and left my receipt in another bag at home,I told them it was fine,,I would just exchange the items but had to have 2 seperate transactions because the jewelry had to go through that department,After receiving the refund card from jewelry,I was informed I would not be "allowed " to return anything else due to excessive returns, I questioned her because those were the only 2 returns I had ever had and she said"including all year"which still was only the two She didn't bother to respond after embarrassing me in front of everyone in line,As I was leaving I heard the same lady telling someone in line "well,we can do it this time but not again," As much a I like the chain; that will be my last visit there because my business was obviously not important and I will never be embarrassed again without giving as good as I get .That blonde manager?? needs...
