Starbucks — Restaurant in Kingsport

Everytime I come to this location my coffee tastes horrible and my 20oz coffee always has 16oz or less which is a rip off especially when I get no foam light whip. The lids are elevated for the whipped cream but mine is always below the rim no matter what I have plenty of old photos and new ones. My Frappuccino from the other day was literally half whip cream. They told me it was from the foam settling even tho I get no foam and told me if I get 1 shot instead of 2 it's less liquid. Ive been getting starbucks daily for a decade and I'm paying for 20 Oz liquid no matter how many shots I get, sometimes I get 3 and it still looks this way I'm completely done with...

I come to buy coffee every day and each person has different prices. I only drink one type every day but they don't do it right with what I ordered. Sometimes they put too much milk, sometimes they put too little. That's not right. I ordered a special order for me. I don't understand why a famous starbucks store doesn't have a common recipe. I'm very sad when I go to this store...

Most disgusting iced matcha latte I have ever had and I've gotten iced matcha lattes from Starbucks before but none tasted as awful as the one from here. Tastes like they used expired, spoiled, and sour milk to make it. Absolutely disgusting, not making that...
