On Thursday, September 5th at around 10:30am-10:45pm we were in the area and my boyfriend went in to order a sub. He looked at the menu and asked for a footlong sub, when inquiring about the bread the employee behind the counter rudely pointed and told him the bread choices were right there. She began to make his sub and he had asked for a footlong and she started to make a 6 inch. He told her he asked for a footlong and she again rudely pointed out that they were on a different part of the menu. When he proceeded to the check out, he asked her if she was having a bad day, in which she replied she didn't feel well. He told her if she doesn't feel good she shouldn't have came in, she stated who was going to pay her bills. He stated the obvious that her attitude towards the customer was not good. At that point the manager was standing there and told by boyfriend, the customer's attitude isn't good either. He had had enough and told them to just throw the sandwich away and work on their attitudes. The manager then proceeded to tell my boyfriend F#*k You and flipped him the middle finger. Corporate has been contacted. Just FYI for anyone going to...
Read moreIt's been a good 8 months since I ate Subway. I was not impressed at all. I showed up to get sub an hour in a half before they closed. The person working there did not seem pleased to have a customer walk in. While ordering, she was very short with answers. They only had three bread choices available. When I asked what they had left for meat and cheese selection, she told me very little of anything left. So, I ordered Turkey and Amaracan cheese. She didn't put much on, maybe a couple slices of each. Nothing like what Subway used to put on. From there veggie wise, the lettuce they had out was already browning, a portion of the green peppers that were cut up, were not ripe. When I was rang up for my order she didn't ask me if I was a Subway member, and before I could type in my phone number, she had already by passed it, which I found out she put in someone else's number. I get home and take a bite of my sandwich to find out that the tomatoes were no longer good, they were mushy. Along with the turkey tasting off as well. I highly don't recommend going to...
Read moreDecent food. Nothing is prepared fresh but I suppose that's the business model. I will say this though, WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT go to the location on Eastman road, across from food City. I worked at a shop in the same strip as the one they are located, so the same exterminator's treated all of the shops on that particular strip, and the individual that was treating our stores, told us many many times, as a warning I suppose, that Subway was LITERALLY OVERRUN WITH COCKROACHES! I was absolutely devasted because I've always enjoyed Subway, and even worse, had been eating there like twice a week! 🤢🤮 He went on to say that he treats them once a week (which is highly unusual when using strong commercial bug killers) and that no matter what, he just could not get rid of their roaches! Just a piece of advice for anyone in that area thinking about having Subway...
