Tommy's Pizza Corner — Restaurant in Kingston

Very disappointed, my entire family and I have been coming there for decades. And never had anything but the best in all aspects. Yet a few nights ago I simply ordered one of my usuals, and upon looking at these wings, they were not the sauce I ordered. I was polite and respectful and told them this, and she insisted they were correct. I told her to taste them, it’s not what I ordered, but despite how nice I was being, I had another employee butt in and have a rude comment. “She wasn’t the one who made them” with an attitude. I understand that, but she’s is the woman at the counter helping me and who sold them to me. And when I said that was uncalled for and reiterated how respectful I was being, the orher one got more ignorant and said I need to shut up cause that’s my daughter. If you work in the service industry and a respectful customer kindly asks you to address their order, that customer shouldn’t be attacked by other family members/employees. If you can’t handle a respectful conversation, you shouldn’t have a job. As for myself and my family and friends, well spend our money and support a business that appreciates the fact we called them, and have been for decades. Even other customers were looking at them appalled that it went from a simple kind request to fix my order, to being harassed and possibly assaulted from what they were saying and the sharp turnaround it took. I highly recommend thinking twice before ordering. You most likely won’t have an issue with your order, but in case you do, you will be attacked for simply trying to get it corrected. Me and the wife stopped by Tommy's tonite for pizza and beer. We waited and watched our waitress.(younger girl with blonde hair in pony tail). Totally ignored us. Waiting on people who were coming in after us. We ended up leaving. We then went to sabatinis where we had great service. I called Tommy's to complain immediately talked to Mark. The manager on duty. He was no help! The problem is i have is this same waitress two weeks back never put in my order. I waited 45 minutes I said where is my order she said paper got stuck in printer. Mistakes happen. She said. We have always supported Tommy's pizza. Refering people posting pics online of their good pizzas. But now my wife and I agree. Every time i get pizza from here during the day it’s delicious. Every time i get pizza here any time after 5 pm when all the kids are working it absolutely sucks. I don’t know how many more times i can complain about it. If the owner truly cares about his business he would make sure whoever is making this pizza when the big guy leaves for the day, that it’s being done right. I would have enjoyed a lunchable pizza more than this crap i got....
