Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kingsville

I placed an order online and drove to Dominoes in Kingsville, Texas. Mind you it is an hour away from my vacation home in Baffin Bay. I drove through the drive thru window and the attendant Rosalyn goes on to tell me that THEY cancelled my order. I asked her with time they closed and she says 2 am. I arrived at 1:29 to the location. Then i asked what time do they stop placing orders and she says they stop taking orders at 1:15 since they have to go home also. I drove an hour to pick up my order and they stop placing orders whenever they feel is convenient for them. What a terrible disservice! That is so wrong on so many levels. I paid with a reward and I didnot even receive the food I purchased. If an establishment closes at 2 am they should honor that time and stop taking orders at 2am or they should correct their closing time to 1:15. They wasted my gas, reward and most importantly my time! I expect an apology from management because what they did...

I ordered online delivery a couple of times and the pizza is usually okay like they taste good. But recently when I ordered 2 days ago, my pizza looked very sloppy like most of the toppings were on one side of the pizza as if the pizza was swung to one side. The pizza crust itself was not cut at all (usually when it is cut it the cut is horrifically uneven). The worst part was that the pizza in the middle was RAW! At first I thought it was just cheesy (I ordered extra cheese) but no it tasted like uncooked flour and stretched like dough. And that's because I ordered it well done, so this absolutely shouldn't have happened. I was debating on whether to write a review or not but I decided this should definitely be known to dominos or other people. I'm not ordering for awhile because it made me feel sick...

just had the worst experience ever .... I ordered a pizza and a sprite, however they misplaced my order by forgetting the sprite. .. The delivery guy told me that he would go grab the drink at their store; me being understanding I said ok........Guess what he never came even after me placing numerous phone calls. They just kept saying we're on our way but never came. Then after almost 5 hrs waiting I had enough..So i called the domino's cares....only then they delivered the drink.
