Aggie's Steak Sub — Restaurant in Kinston

I ordered a Turkey burger with no mushrooms and tomatoes but guess what I have whole tomatoes on my burger. I let them know I was allergic and the manger/owner told me to pick them off. He had no remorse for messing up my order. The woman at the counter and who answered the phone to take my order was rude! I should’ve know then that my order wouldn’t be right. I paid for my order after they told me 15min wait I came about 30mins later I still had to wait for my food. There were no customers but one waiting on their food but they were behind the counter laughing and playing before grabbing my order of my counter. I also had a long piece of hair in my food attached to my French fries. I WILL NEVER EAT...

Run down hole in the wall, which is fine and sometimes the best experience. They have pictures of the food on the wall that are so old and faded that you can’t tell what it is. I ordered the Italian sub, it was the daily special, which is convenient for me as that’s the sandwich I grade all sub shops off of. The bread was great, but the meat of the ITALIAN sandwich was BOLOGNA. BALOGNA? It tasted weird and the consistency was spongy because it had BALOGNA in it.
