Update…………Well I originally posted this review on June 22 and as of now July 3 no one has contacted me yet as they said they would in their response, I guess that just shows they don’t care as long as they are getting your money. They have my email address and phone number so no excuses for not contacting me. You need to be cautious if you are daring enough to go in this Hardees

ORIGINAL RESPONSE I went to this Hardee's and while standing in line a man walked rom dining area back to the counter and told the manager he ordered a large drink, he had a small cup in his hand with his fingers inside the cup and had put the cup up to his mouth. The manager took the cup back after this man had walked around in the dining area with it and put it back on the stack of cups to be handed out. If they are that nasty up front you have to wonder what goes on in the back of the store. I walked out of line and left after that. I guess only 2 cars in the parking lot an 1 in the drive thru should have been an indication. I call back to the store and asked for a number to the district manager and he said call him back in 15 mins I insisted he give me the number and he refused. I called another Hardee's in Kinston and got the number to the district manager Neese Williams. Hard to believe this is a one time incident so beware if you go here. We stopped at this location and purchased right at $30 or just under $30 of food. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to get our order in the drive-through and it was not busy. Then the order was incorrect and I had to go back in and exchange a burger. The people inside were non-apologetic though somewhat polite. Then I came in to make another order and it took some time to get that food. Then I discovered that they did not give us any napkins so I went back into the store to ask for napkins for my family of five. The lady handed me one napkin, and I said no I need more because I have a van full. She then handed me a couple more and I said ma'am I need more please and she then began to explain to me why they only hand out one napkin per burger. I want to emphasize this was not during rush hour, but rather we were one of the only customers inside or out in the drive-through during this time.
