Went here a while ago with some of my friends. They started us off by handing us a wanton soup bowl that was clearly not washed and dirty. Then, despite my friend specifying he wanted a specific not spicy dish with no peppers, they gave us a spicy noodle dish and peppers with no better quality than top Ramen. Finally the server, who was an extremely rude woman, came by when we had all tried to the noodles "oh, that wrong dish," then never came back again with the right dish. When we confronted her about the dish, she demanded we pay for it and said "what you gonna do, call cops?" As we were resolving the issue and expressing our frustration, the busser came out of the back, slammed the table and went "you pay or not!?" resulting in the waiter's son to start chanting "fight fight fight." If I could give 0 stars I would, but this made for a pretty good story for a party after our dinner. Such a terrible experience and horrible customer service. My family and I ordered delivery for dinner ( we have eaten here and gotten delivery on more than one occasion from this location before) however this time the food was terrible. While the food arrived hot, all 5 dishes had absolutely zero flavor. We ordered spice level 2, however the food had no spice and no flavor whatsoever. Because we spent about $200 on dinner in total we called as the quality was not where it has been before, we were simply told to "order higher spice level next time if we wanted flavor". Truthfully the food didn't even taste like any salt was even used. My aunt proceeded to go in person to the restaurant to see if anything could be done as this was a very disappointing experience, they refused to do anything. We will never eat here again. Good Thai food! We had the crab dumplings and chicken satay for apps and they were tasty and also probably the largest portion of chicken on each skewer of satay which was great and perfectly cooked, not dry like some. Did all our dishes family style, 4 people, 4 entrees and had plenty for leftovers! Special fried Duck Curry was delicious, their different-named version of swimming rama, red curry, and pad Thai, all good. One thing is as a group some of us like spicy and some need pretty mild. We ordered everything 2 star and some dishes were a little too spicy for two of our group, they still enjoyed it, just with more water, lol.
