Food was good but the service was bad. They were out of an item used to make the sandwich I ordered..instead of telling me this when I ordered they tried to sneak a different sandwich in my bag without telling me. When i questioned this the lady was not helpful at all. She told me I could just pick another sandwich however at this time I was at the drive thru window and not in front of a menu. When I told her I did not know what sandwiches there were she began to read the list of sandwiches very quickly and in an annoyed tone. I decided to just get a roast beef sandwich and get the difference back. This required a manager who was even worse. She brought me my change and without looking at me said here is your change. I never once got a sorry for the inconvenience or we apologize for your wait....
Read moreI ordered the smoked brisket meal. It was mediocre at best and the fries weren’t hot at all. It was around 2130 when went into order. Staff was nice and it wasn’t their fault the sandwich was not good. The fries however had just been setting there to long that one is on them. When I was done I went to order a shake and he told me that they hadn’t filled the machine. He told that he was understaffed and hadn’t had time to fill it. There were 4 people working and when I came in I was the only one. Once I wanted the shake a group of about 6-8 people came in. The greeting at the window focused only on the amount due and if I needed any sauces, which occurred after sitting there a minute or two at the window. I had a simple order of 3 sliders, which took nearly 10 minutes! No updates or interaction about why it was taking so long. The inside was not busy. At least 5 cars were behind me in the drive-through. Prior to me entering the drive-through, there was only one vehicle in front of me. Customer service interaction goes a long way.
