Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kirkwood

When we first moved here we had ZERO issues. Everything was great! But now over the last 4 months almost every order has been a nightmare. I rarely ever get my order within an hour no matter what time of day. I was once delivered raw pizza and raw cheese bread, when I called and spoke to the manager she said she could bring new food out but I would have to wait for the driver to make other deliveries. Umm what?!?! I have already paid for my food and received RAW food. Why the heck should me or my family have to wait until other customers after us got their food???? Tonight I order there and watched their tracker online, took them 30 minutes to get the food in the oven, then for the last hour I’ve watched it say “Jeremy double checked your order for perfection”....an hour. Called up there and was told it’s ready but it will be another 45 minutes. So that puts me at an hour of my food just sitting there plus another 45 minutes for delivery on top of the 30 minutes for them to just put it in the oven = over 2 hours to get non freshly made food. Will NEVER order from this...

This Domino's has some of the worst service I have seen. We do school events for the kids and get pizza on Friday. We have done this for years and they still managed to mess it up. We place at least the day before if not sooner and call the day of to confirm. But they still manage to not show up or show up a hour late. Yesterday was the last straw. Took 3 people calling to just get an answer on when are pizza would arrive. Was told they were not even made yet. And they couldn't get are 8 large pizzas to us at all because they were busy. Manager didnt care that they messed it up again and said I dont know what you want me to do I didn't take your order. Well we wanted to feed a room full of kids pizza. But we will just go else were from now on. After years of getting bad service we are done. You would think a regular at least 8 pizza day order would be something a business would want to keep but not this place. Never again. Pizza hut or papa johns will be getting are service...

On fridays and saturdays service is slow. Understandable because they have well over a screenfull of orders. The workers work so hard even though they are WELL UNDERSTAFFED. Customers should understand how high volume dominos is on friday and saturday here. It will alwayd be a long wait on friday and saturday between 5-8. By now it should be obvious to you guys. Quit complaining. Most of the employees get minimum wage and are there making your food the rest of the night while they havent ate or havent been home to see there kids or came there straight from school to serve the customers that cuss them out for something they cant control. Those employees deserve a 5 star for their hard work they put in making our food. I see them running to get other items to make the food and i see them working harder while you customers criticize...
