I'm writing this review after my family and I rented at 2256 Crofton Ave, Davenport, FL. When we arrived at the house it was dirty. The pictures were not the same as what we walked into. We were not able to turn the air down under 72 degrees without being responsible for the whole unit if it froze due to the air being under 72 day and night. Temps were running anywhere from 88-92 the week we visited April 2025. My husband and daughter were both sick from the heat in the house and were not able to participate in activites for 2 1/2 days due to illness. The pool roof was open with holes in the screen allowing for any and all creatures to come inside for a swim. We arrived Saturday and notified the company. It was not fixed completely until Wednesday. When voicing concerns we were offered pool heat that was not needed with temps so high and the pool not having bugs in it until Wednesday. We were then offered late check out. UMMM we didn't want to stay ANY longer after all the issues with the house. When we got back to town I was offered $150 back to satisfy our trip and to not write a bad review or say anything negative. Paperwork included to make sure nothing would be said and no legal action taken. That was an insult. I sent pictures and emails of EVERYTHING! We lost more than $150 on the 2 1/2 days my family couldn't do the events planned. This trip was supposed to be relaxing and memorable. We lost my father in law to cancer in May 2025 right after. I explained to Lisa at Homes 4 u how important this trip was. I feel as though it could have been handled with more care and empathy. We have been using Homes 4 u for years and have never had an experience like this. Yes things happen, with that said be fair and right when trying to correct your mistakes, don't just try to pacify people. We were truly insulted with the options offered to rectify the situation. My wife and youngest son and I recently (8-22 Feb 2015) vacationed in a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom bungalow in Orange Tree, near Clermont, just west of Orlando. We drove down from Ottawa (Canada) and we were quite delighted at what we saw when we pulled into the laneway. We had no problems picking up instructions from the rental office and opening the front door with a lockbox key. The house was quite spacious, the pool inviting, and the area quiet. The weather could have been warmer (there were two cold fronts that came through during our stay), but the days warmed up sufficiently so that we were quite comfortable outdoors. We had stayed right in Kissimmee several times in previous years so it took a bit of getting used to being in a suburb-like setting. We could walk to a local mall for groceries, etc. but we had to take the car into Kissimmee several times, as well as visiting the Disney parks. The rental company had left quite detailed instructions and other info which proved to be quite useful and informative. We did opt to pay an extra fee per day to turn on the pool heater but the heater was a heat-pump type and the several cold nights and cool days didn't allow it to work optimally. We did have some trouble with the pool water level having to be topped up every couple of days or so as well, and there was no pool cover to keep the pool temp more stable. The property backed onto a rather busy highway (about 200 feet away), but we got used to it quite quickly.We could actually pick oranges from a grove that ran right along the back of the property between us and the highway. Be careful of the thorns though! We would perhaps have preferred to be in Kissimmee proper to be closer to more activities but we were actually quite satisfied with the house and...

This is my third time renting from Homes4uu and the worst experience. I chose a 9 bedroom home in Championsgate Resort to accommodate my children and grandchildren. It is a beautiful neighborhood! Based on the past rentals, I was expecting this home to be breathtaking since we paid $3200 for 5 days. NOT! The pictures and the description of the amenties on the site will have you expecting a breathtaking experience. We arrived, walked in and immediately saw that the home had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was heavy dust around the base boards, hair and trash in the corners of the bathroom floors. The handle to the patio door was broken and dangling on the door, dead and alive roaches in the kitchen. The rug under the dining room table looked like people had been eating on the rug instead of the table. One of the amenties listed was a pool table in the garage and it only had one pool stick. We found the second pool stick behind a bean bag in the garage broken in half so my family could not use it. The glass on the oven door had been shattered and was broken. Called the after hours maintenance, they came and looked at it and tried to remove some of the broken glass. After removing a couple of pieces he determined that he would have to order a replacement and it would not be installed until 7/25 the day we check out. We went and purchased food to cook when we arrived and was unable to use the oven for fear of more glass falling into our food. The walls throughout the home was scratched up from previous rentals. Needless to say, this time I am very disappointed about our stay and will be very reluctant to rent from Homes4uu in the future.
