First time visiting, not the best impression, the ice creams were really dry, almost like old, the consistency was similar to sand, the ice cream flavors were not very enjoyable. Also she gave me a free sample of the birthday cake … it tasted like cardboard. The prices aren’t considerable. I was really exited to visit , it seem like a very nice place, I read the reviews so I was really looking into it. But was not what I expected. Also I asked her to ask her manager for a doubt I had and she went to the back and came back out didn’t took her not 1 min and said “ they said it was fine “ but also nobody was there… not my best experience. I rarely ever post reviews, but this ice cream store absolutely deserves one. We are here in Florida visiting family and decided to go out for ice cream. We definitely picked the right place. As a family of 6, all four of our kids loved their homemade ice cream, as did I. The entire place is kid friendly. From the virtual reality, the video games, the kids' tables, and just the whole experience was enjoyable. The owner was super nice, hands on interacted with all my kids made us feel at home. The staff was pleasant and attentive, just all-around great place. Not to mention, it's super clean. My family and I will definitely be back every time we are in town to visit grandma. Truly the best ice cream I have ever had!!! Two of us went together… Each of us had a waffle bowl with three different scoops of ice cream in them. All six flavors were excellent, creamy, buttery, fabulous taste of whatever that special scoop was. The hot fudge was good. The pirouette cookie stuck in the middle was a nice touch and the waffle texture was great and yummy. We also loved the activities that were available free for kids: a ball pit, air hockey, basketball throw, and ms pac man game.
