As an owner of a property which Excellent Vacation Homes managed since January 2013, I can highly recommend EVH for property management services! We changed property management companies in 2013 because of repeated complaints of uncleanliness of our rental condo (which was completely unacceptable to us), and once our property was managed by EVH we never once heard that complaint again. I have nothing but high praise about the professionalism of everyone in this organization! Rembert, the owner with his wife, is the consummate professional and has devoted his life to customer service, and it shows. EVH will manage every aspect of your place that you wish, from managing local bills to be paid to hiring contractors for repairs. At several times during our professional relationship, EVH had an in-house handyman that was very capable and that saved a lot of money on repairs versus hiring outside help! Also, EVH creates a helpful 3-ring binder that guests may use to find local food and entertainment but it also prominently displays their name and phone number so they can handle calls regarding problems that sometimes arise such as loss of power in an electronic device or a clogged sink or toilet. Rembert becomes EXTREMELY knowledgeable of your property and can walk a guest through troubleshooting 90% of issues over the phone, but he is always very prompt when either he or a technician is needed to go on-site to solve a problem! There have been several times that Rembert and his team went above and beyond to aid me when an issue arose, such as a double-booking oversight on my behalf or an emergency maintenance issue that needed immediate attention, and the problem was handled quickly and efficiently each and every time. There has never been a time when Rembert and his staff have over-promised and under-delivered and during six and one-half years of service, I have to admit that’s remarkable!

Their staff is very pleasent to deal with from the reservation to the departure of your stay. I am a homeowner and their help to me is outstanding. Rembert takes time out to make sure that all is well in place. This keeps me stress free knowing that if an issue arises it will quickly be resolved with little or no effort on my behalf. I stayed in one of their homes as mine was occupied and I needed to take my granddaughter to Sea World before school started.
