Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kissimmee

My mother is over 80 years old this year and loves this brand of pizza. She lived in Miami before and ate it once a week for more than 20 years. This year she moved to Orlando and found this pizza shop. My mother is very happy she can continue to eat it., but my mother has a special habit, only likes to eat freshly baked pizza, so every time I go there and I tell the clerk that I want freshly made pizza. Every time I makes this request, the clerk seems a little unhappy. I also understand that there are things that have been prepared in advance. I feel unhappy when I am asked to do it again. In fact, I am the same. Every time because of this, I have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes, but there is no way. My mother seems to have special powers. When she opens the box, she knows that it is It was freshly baked, or baked in advance and put there for sale, because I tried it twice, and each time she noticed it and stopped eating it, so after that, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes each time. I bought freshly made ones. Now that we are in Orlando, we have been eating them for several weeks in a row. It’s just I want to tell you: I’m not suspecting that the pizza made in advance is no longer fresh. It’s because of my mother’s special habit of eating freshly baked pizza. This rating is not for customer service at this store as these guys were awesome and very nice. But this rating is for little Ceasars overall. I am very disappointed in the tv ad being still displayed for the pretzel pizza and they no longer have it because I had this pizza four years ago and loved it and got very angry the day that I called to order it again in Wellington FL and they got rid of this pizza. Now today in Orlando I came to this location just to purchase the pretzel pizza as I saw it on the ad on tv. I hadn't bought little Ceasars in 4 years until today and I ended up having to buying a darn lunch combo which is terrible it barely has any sauce on it the product tastes bland and I know from previous experience that this is the recipe of the normal cheese and pepperoni pizza. But this is not the case with the pretzel pizza it actually had the flavor that these other pizzas didn't. So, Stop discontinuing the pretzel pizza! I won't be coming back to any little Ceasars cause your pizza is bland but at the same time really greasy. Even if I only spent $4.26 I would have gladly spent more going to a different...

Used to be a 5 star place for me.. They did what they do well and to the T.

But the last few times we ordered delivery here haven't been good experiences (I give them 3 and not 2 because I also blame doordash for this as well). Out of the past 3 orders, 2 of them were incorrect. The first time, I ordered 2 pizzas and only one was delivered and they wouldn't send the driver back for the other. The second time, they delivered someone else's order (completely different from what we ordered) and again went against delivering the original order.. I'm thankful they at least refunded me both times..

I don't know who it is, but it's annoying that they're in such a hurry to get things out that they don't check to see if the order is complete and going to the right delivery driver.. and I know it's doordash too, not very long ago we had yet another separate incident with them from another place.

I'll make it 5 stars again when progress is made and consistent.. Maybe Little Ceasars rarely slips up and they just happened to do it twice in nearly a row for me.. it's still no...
