Read moreWe are a non-profit youth organization that will occasionally meet on a Saturday at Valencia College. Saturday past we had an Honor Guard Academy and a bunch of hungry children. And one of our members that frequents this location said to give them a try a couple months ago, where we ordered a delivery and was told 1 hour and got it cold almost 2 hours later. Okay, I forgiving and this person was with us this day and said he wanted a sandwich from Hungry Howie's so I again ordered from them. I ordered 7 meals, 1 20 oz diet Pepsi and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Now, Common sense would tell you if we are ordering from a college on a Saturday we would need the essential item like, napkins, cups and plates. Not a huge expense either. But we DID NOT get any of them. Now, My first call was 1 hour and 15 minutes into a 1 hour delivery and I was assured that the driver was on his way. So I sat in front of the school for 20 minutes when the nice but very sloppy young man drove up and told me that he knew nothing that he had just come on when he was told to deliver our order....HMMMM. I asked if we had any of the paper items and he said that I did not order them !!!!!!! Okay, now we have an issue, 7 meals a 2 liter of Pepsi and no cups. What is the answer, I called and after a run around be the girl answering the phone, I asked to speak to the manager, a female voice came to the phone and I asked to whom I was speaking and she proceeded to tell me that she is the manager and her name is Crystal. Well, if this is supposed to be a manager she needs to be trained in customer service. I did raise my voice when I could not get it through to her that I was charged $57+ and no necessary items were included. Hmmm, no place on the "online" order to ask for them either, so you assume you will get the basics, napkins and cups, especially when ordering a bottle of soda. She was not having the issue and told me to shut up, then I got really angry when she started yelling at me. I had her on speaker, so all the people around me heard her and have now vowed to never use Hungry Howie's in Kissimmee. It was the worst experience ever from a manager of any type of business, she needs basic customer service 101. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HUNGRY HOWIE'S AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TOO. I own 2 businesses in this city for 28 years and have never and would never treat anyone like that. This girl that claims to be the manager needs to get a boot before the sales drop!!! We usually order from Papa John's were we get a special college rate and no tax, never had a problem, and I WILL GO BACK TO THEM. Sorry Papa John's for straying. DO NOT COME HERE!! I especially if KRYSTAL is the manager... I always order from this place for years cause it is the closest place too my house and they always get my order wrong ! I always have too call back and Explain that they did it wrong and they always have too give me a refund and or a new pizza I like hungry Howies but this location does not know how to make pizza on 1-3-17 I explained too the manager KRYSTAL that the pizza I got the day before was once again badly done and did not have what I asked for she said she couldn’t find the phone number in the system and because of that she thought I was lying and said she can’t do anything for me . So I said okk.. and ordered a new pizza and I asked her too please make sure it is made right this time she said okk and that she will take care of it ..she didn’t even ask me for my payment and hung up! I had too realize that and call back too pay ! So 1 hour later the pizza gets too my house and Ofcoures it is not well done like I asked it’s actually very soggy and under cooked ! Also they did not add the extra Manara sauce like I asked ! It was a disgusting mess!! I called KRYSTAL back and let her know she didn’t even apologize ! She said she was sending another one too my house again and she didn’t even consider the fact that I already waited and hour and I didn’t want too wait again instead I wanted too leave it as a credit and she said NO she feels better just sending another one like she had control! Now she send another driver who will not get a tip because I already tipped the other driver and apparently she just wants too make people work ! And think that I’m making this up! And not treat me as a paying customer ! This place has the worst customer service and they cannot make pizza I do recommend it too anyone they never get my order right and the Manager Krystal will radder waist her employees time and make them work hard...
Read moreThis location in particular is HORRIBLE !!! If I could give this place 0 stars, trust me I wouldn’t hesitate. Placed a takeaway order for 8 boneless wings with the crazy bread and a dipping sauce. Being a frequent customer with this franchise I’m fully aware how long it takes for my food to be done. However the lady that placed my order didn’t notify me like she should have that my food was done. I made my way back to the window to pick up my order and as I stood there you had some guy that worked there who didn’t even acknowledge if I had been helped or was I there to pick up an order, very rude customer service. Another female who had came to the window asked if I had been helped and I told her that I was there to pick up my order. Once I got my order my food was cold and the breadsticks was hard a brick. Had I known that this was the type of service that I would receive I could’ve just went to dominoes or McDonald’s for all of that. Now I do frequent this restaurant out in the Lakeland area of Florida and I never had any complaints. I don’t even live 10 minutes away from this location so there was no way my food should have been cold. Once I had realized my food was cold as hell, I was already too aggravated to go back. Worst customer service ever at this location, definitely wouldn’t recommend nor will I ever be going back.
