I placed a mobile order for timberland X AE work pants. The order said that they would be ready for pickup January 23. I couldn’t make it out that day so I came in today the 24th. When I got in the store you could tell nobody wanted to be there, I mean I get it it’s retail but not even a greeting at the door. I went to the counter and told them about my order and when it was pulled up one of there managers who really looked over everything right off the bat btw. Let me know that it had been canceled because of there 7 day hold policy. When I informed the manager that it had only been one day since it was at the store. Then she went and investigated where she found that an employee named Richard had ran the cancelation of my order prematurely. Luckily the pair of pants was still at the store however I was informed that I would have to pay full price again for them. Yah that’s bs so I didn’t do that. Reason being I paid for the pants with a gift card and 40 dollars more to cover the rest of the balance. When I raised this concern to the manager on how this would be resolved she seemed to have no knowledge on the situation. What I’m assuming is another manager came in and said they could price match with the recipe and make the difference. At the end of the day I had to drop another $63.89 to get the pants I orders and paid for already out the store. This whole situation was unprofessional and really unfortunate. The cashier that assisted me was new and was trying his best so I’m not upset with him. The short blonde manager with glasses however was not a ray of sunshine. Stopped in the store a week ago on May 10th, 2025 to grab a few pairs shorts before I left on a week long cruise the next morning. I found 3 cute pairs of shorts and asked the young girl at the dressing room if I could try them on. She unlocked a dressing room for me so I could try them. I had just taken my pants off and was bent over putting the shorts on, when the male employee whom I assume was the manager wildly pounded on the door as he was opening it simultaneously not even giving me a chance to respond. The door hit me while I was butt up in the air with some man looking at me and I pushed it shut responding with someone is in here. I was shaking!!!! As I left the dressing room this man was standing with the young girl who let me in. He didn’t even apologize for intruding in on a half naked woman. He then proceeds to ask do u have everything you want in there with?!?! I say yes I do, and he again says so there’s nothing in there and I say no. Why are you acting like that all abruptly trying to gaslight me because you invaded my privacy you weirdo!!!! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life!!!! I’m actually beyond disgusted with the way he treated me. What right does he have to barge in as he’s knocking without giving someone a chance to respond and the girl who let me in was standing right there, so why is a male opening up the doors when women...

Arrived to shop at this location today and when I went to enter the store, I was told I had to get in line and wait to enter. I assumed it was due to Covid and stores taking precautions. After waiting a few minutes, I asked if they were doing this for Covid. I was told no it was due to me needing to hear all of the sales first before I would be allowed to enter in the store. Everyone else arriving after me how to join the line and they weren’t allowed to come in until someone came outside the store and shared about the sales. It was honestly a turn off to shop having to wait outside the store and wait for a manager to come out and tell all of us the sales before we can come inside.
