I went to the Drive-Thru on 6/11. I placed my order, and was told that unless I was paying cash, I’d have to come inside, no problem, I had cash, I proceeded in line only to be told that my total was $21.48, for a single meal. I only had $20 in cash. I was told I’d have to come inside because the credit and debit card machine was not working. Inside, there wasn’t one person in the restaurant, and no one in the drive-through, four people working inside and they were confused, they had no idea what was going. A young gentleman finally figured it out, and the transaction went through. I asked for a plastic spoon for the beans and rice, and was told they didn’t have spoons, only a Spork. OK, then, can I please have a Spork The young lady, tossed the spork with hostilely on the counter towards my direction, I then turned to look for napkins, and there were none in the common area, so I said, excuse me, may I please have some napkins? Again, the same hostility, with two napkins in her hand, she set them on the counter and walked towards the kitchen. I filled my beverage cup, got my vehicle and left. I literally drove to a park less mile away, the beans and rice were disgusting. The rice was crispy and dry. The french fries were absolutely horrific, they were limp, cold, and just not edible. The chicken strips were OK but definitely not fresh. $22 for lunch is a lot to pay for a very disappointing meal. Traveling for work I am forced to dine out quite frequently, and I very seldom patronize fast food restaurants, yesterday was a reminder of why I do not prefer fast food chains. Read moreThe worst costumer service! Don’t place your order online because you will get there and they will tell you they can give you the order you are paid for. I placed an order on the mobile app to pick up at the store. When my husband & I got there the lobby was closed, it was 10:10pm, we proceed to go to the drive thru window, where we waited about 5-10 mins, staff was to busy talking to each other & ignoring us. When eventually someone decided to acknowledge us, we were told our order had already been pick up?! Weird! I asked to check again, the young lady said it wasn’t ready. Then another girl came to the window told us they didn’t have spicy tenders, I said regular tenders would be fine. She left again, then came back & told me I had to cancel my order?! I told her I can’t cancel the order on the app. She ask my husband to park, that the manger would be with us shortly. We waiting 20mins no one came. My husband walked up to the window where more costumers were already completing because they had been waiting for a while for their food. They told my husband again to just wait for the manager. We waiting another 20mins. My husband when to the window again, the manger told him she couldn’t refund our money because we place order on the app, she was gonna go ahead an full filled the order after waiting over & hr. We had 3 sides missing for 4 meals and the cook took a spicy sandwich and slapped mayo on it to try and pass it off as regular. The manager wanted to make a comment they'll have to start charging rent and didn't like the fact they were met with my husband response saying they could give him a shirt and name tag and let him show them how to run a restaurant. It's not our fault the order was completely wrong and he had to go in 3 times so there was no need in the ignorant comment that the manager was going to start charging rent. Don't make unprofessional comments if you don't want an honest response. This is the second time we've given this particular location a chance in the last 3 years on vacation and both times have been very disappointing. Telling my husband he has to go after the ignorant comment that was made about charging him rent and not liking his response shows how horribly this location is being ran. I would highly advise everyone go through training again as there's no comprehension taking place on how to run a successful business nor is there any amount of respect for the customers. We paid $53 for 4 meals that were below subpar quality and got met with unprofessionalism on a level that I've never experienced anywhere else so there's nothing to compare it to.
