The store needs to be more properly maintained. The store lacks organization, it negatively shows lack of inventory count loosely everywhere. You don’t have a clue if an item is available as a set with all it’s parts needed or if it’s missing a complete kit to make sure you’re even making the RIGHT purchase because there’s no returns, “accepted” ?? As a customer you ARE the one doing more of the labor than the associates are in the store. Just trying to figure out what items are available in the “bins” is a challenge in itself while some items are in blank boxes and MAJORITY are loose items that are laid out just everywhere so you’re always the one digging to find an item(s) that is potentially needed or wanted to complete all its pieces to match as one
Nothing is categorized Visibly have witnessed adults, taking things out of the boxes or packages and tossing it to the side or floor. Packages are visibly showing items intertwined within other packages that appear as if they’re planted by whoever the original online purchaser was in the past that likely witnessed this, beforehand. Hence the reason why it was a RETURN. MANY online packages delivered to anyone can experience a package wrongfully packaged with an item not originally ordered. The item(s) are returns from previous customers from “other” online stores or virtual shops. So, you are literally taking a chance
In this prime deals store, there’s been discoveries of a package labeled as a valued cleaning item when, come to find out it turned out to be a DECORE. A customer would be the one losing money from the prime deals store by it not being properly checked, BEFOREHAND. You’re given the option to check packages in an area, to make sure it’s everything you need and hope for. Then you have the concern that the item(s) is not defective in order to make sure it will function, and that it is the authentic actual labeled item. That would just lead to continuously bad experience of a purchase from this store. Need to look through packages to make sure they actually do not appear fragmented. It’s not a good show if customers are left in the dust with incomplete or unestablished items.. Have found expired goods, foods, (coffee, vitamins/supplements). That’s not safe or should be sold to the public. Their associates should be the ones REPORTING that, not the customer(s).
The associates are lazy, lacking to periodically check the bins in making sure there are not too many loose items. Have only seen them starting to do it sometimes on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Only, seen one associate making small efforts to organize the bins who’s in charged of the open box stations, too and that’s shown welcoming customer service skills. Where on the other hand there’s an associate with a hand brace that should not be working in this line of work if they cannot handle a worksite of such labor and is giving attitude and bad mannerisms because she’s displaying unhappiness due to her decision to work in place like this. If that’s the case then customers could get hurt or even poked by a sharp item, too. Need to be wary of large packages that are very heavy.
Customers could lose the opportunity of finding something worthy to buy if a customer reports a mishap on items to a store clerk. That’s not the customer’s job. Not all customers are going to be happily visiting if the workers are putting you into an uncomfortable state and in the end getting aggressive just to open the packages before checkout. Many lingering miscellaneous things everywhere in boxes and when they see that, they place it back in bins of your package that you had found after so long from rummaging around, it is just to make any little money out of you. It certainly shows the store clerks aren’t aware of what they are even “selling” from the bins.

Read moreDon't waste your time or hard earned money at this place. If it's too good to be true, you already know what that leads to. I have made countless purchases in this place thinking maybe my next luck would be better than the previous. That is seriously not the case, products are broken or have missing parts and if you make the purchase you are S.O.L. Save your hard earned money people, these are returned products that were returned for a reason, I am only looking out for your best interest!!!! They do not let you see what's inside the boxes unless it's already open, no return policy and when they bring out the restock it's like a kid's birthday party when they crack open the piñata - people go instant zombie mode and have no disregard to you standing beside them....
