We had a horrible experience coming to Keke’s on Saturday 10/19/2024. Very disappointed since Keke’s was one of our favorite breakfast dine in restaurants in Kissimmee. To start off we arrive at 11:40am and the hostess in the front sat us down within 20 minutes, even though after like 10 minutes of sitting us down she forgot we were already sitting down and was calling our name again we had to go let her know we were already sitting down at a table. After 30 minutes waiting for the waitress Kayla to acknowledged us or to at least come to our table to take our order for our drinks we asked a male waitress if by any chance he knew when our waitress was going to help us with our order he stated he will let Kayla know and that he was sorry that he would help us but that she would get mad if he did. We saw when he went up to Kayla and we saw how she rolled her eyes when the male told her we were asking, that’s very rude of her part 😡 Then the front hostess came over to our table and asked us what we would like to drink and she took our drinks order and she brought them over to our table. Now she deserves credit for helping us and for acknowledging that we existed. The waitress Kayla still took about another 15 mts and brought us hot sauce and syrup but never made eye contact with us and she said I’ll be back to to take your order. She came back took our order at 12:40pm and we asked her if by any chance she knew if we were going to be able to get out food order by at least 1pm because he had to leave by 1:15pm since we had an appointment coming up. She asked me the time and said yes that that shouldn’t be a problem. 1:00pm came around and spoke to the male waitress and told him we needed to speak to a manager he said sure let me get him for you, He went up to another older lady waitress and asked her to call the manager for us and passing by Kayla we noticed he told her what we requested and she once again rolled her eyes. 😡 We waited for another 15 mts which it was 1:15pm and Joshua the manager never came to our table to speak to us and we never got our food so we left very disappointed!! Now to give your restaurant the benefit of the doubt on Sunday 10/20/2024 I said let call and and order an order for pick up which I did after like 3 rings a male picked up the phone and said thank you for calling Keke’s, I told him I wanted to put in an order for pick up he really didn’t respond and once I started giving him my order after like 30 seconds the phone call disconnected 😡 I called back 10 times and all the phone did was ring ring until it disconnected every time!! Wow we are so disappointed of this horrible experience we had with the waitress Kayla and manager Joshua at Keke’s...

I loved going to their original location when they first opened, and I've tried a few others over the years and not many came close to the standards of the original location. Now, oh how the quality has depreciated! This location felt like an IHOP on the verge of losing it's glory days and charm.
My eggs weren't made the way I ordered them and to add insult to injury, there were egg shells in them. The turkey bacon was dumped on top of the eggs in a small plate so I couldn't tell what was going on with my egg order until I eventually moved them to my plate with pancakes on them. They forgot whipped cream on one of our waffle orders, they forgot cinnamon dusting on a second cup of a hot chocolate order. Asked for extra butter, and we got enough for 3 tables! There were 3 of us at the table and we all had at least 2 to 3 things wrong with our orders. These are all little things, but the inconsistency adds up enough to just choosing to enjoy the company you are in rather than the food on the table. Our waitress was super nice, mortified at the continuous mistakes, and tried to fix as much as she could, but the kitchen staff is seriously lacking. We were told that we would get a discount/credit to our bill to make up for the issues with our brunch, looked at the check and no discount. I don't think I'll be returning to any of their locations unfortunately. "Famously large pancakes" isn't enough to keep me coming back. P.S. Their signature large white plates are gorgeous, but not practical as a table of 2 to 3 fills up pretty quickly with little to no room left for side dishes or anything else. They need to revamp a few things with their locations if they are going to keep up with the likes of First...

I went back for a second time this time I took my lovely daughter who enjoyed her food quite a bit. I was not impressed with the order I got this time. It had asked for the Western Omelet which had one item that I wanted to substitute. Well I added an item and come to find out Lori built me an Omelet which cost a lot more needless to say I am unhappy about that. So beware of taking things off the...
