Pa'l Callejón — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Had a basic dinner and the ambiance was nice. The service was not good. First the waiter was rude with us the entire time of our visit. Later on the host told us to give away our table because we were supposedly “not consuming” even though we order something and were indeed consuming. To add in this point our food took and hour to be delivered to the table. Unfortunately we were also surprised that our server never mentioned that the tip was included; instead, she only asked us if we wanted to leave a tip and never mentioned extra tip, which was new to us. It was not our first time in this place, we have always had the best of this business but the situation was really discouraging. The vibe was great and our waitress was friendly. On the other hand the food wait was RIDICOULOUS!! While sitting they made 3 trips to the store because they were out of lettuce and etc. Some of us got our food that took like 2 1/2 hours and the rest of our party 3 1/2 hours to get their food. The churrasco was so hard that you couldn't even chew it and we never even received the remainder of our food. By the way we were the 2nd table to arrive. So no it was not busy. It did get busy afterwards. What I will say is don't go hungry!!!...

We ordered our food which took about 2 in a half hours to get ( it was only 3 tables here at that time ) , and drinks took about 40 minutes to receive. There were also three tables that came way after us who ordered and got their food before us very disappointing and they also ran out of salad which was part of the meal and didn’t even offer a discount.
