I walked in to order a sandwich which I was craving very much. But I had to use the restroom very badly. I asked the lady working there if there was a restroom she said "the restroom is down" about a month ago I came into the same location asking to use the restroom and got the same answer. I honestly strongly believe I'm being lied to at this point. Maybe the employees don't want to clean the bathroom after the customers use it? Idk. But regardless it's ridiculous and makes me not even want to order food from there because now I have to leave just to use the restroom then come back? That's so inconvenient and not good customer service at all. If the restroom is really out of order then subway needs to do something about it ASAP. Read moreOrdered a foot long online. Picked it up got home and it was missing lettuce pepper oregano and Parmesan cheese. I drove BACK to the store they said they’re out of lettuce. A call would’ve been nice to see if I wanted to sub for spinach???????? They remade my sandwich and added 3/4 missing ingredients & then subbed the 1 ingredient they didn’t have. Still annoying I had to drive to this location 2 different times. I’m glad they fixed the error but obviously double checking before they bag the sandwich up would’ve prevented this. Employees need more training.
UPDATE. Got home & this time THEY LEFT OFF JALAPEÑOS & banana peppers. At this point I don’t think these employees know how to read. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE they refunded me-AWESOME- but it still doesn’t solve my LUNCH. I picked the first order up at 1:00 pm. It’s now 2:03....
