I went to get a Subway sandwich during my vacation to Orlando. When I got to the restaurant, first I noticed that the woman that asked me what I wanted didn't clean the area as publicised by the company, then, she was wearing a mask only half way covering her mouth with her nose uncovered. I asked her politely if she could cover her nose before doing my sandwich, and she told me "no because she couldn't breathe", I told her no problem, I could wait for someone who could wear the mask correctly, (you would think that this is an easy thing to understand specially for people on the food industry after all the info and directions from the health department to help control this pandemic). This woman then proceeded to complain about our request to the other employees, all in front of us. Of course, she made it look like if I didn't care that she couldn't breathe, after I was sure to tell her that I did (after all, I also had the right to protect my family and my health and that I had requested her to wear her mask over her nose politely). Then, an older caucasian woman, started to get very disrespectful and to call me inconsiderate and mean and told them to leave us waiting. So, I went again to speak to the African American woman to whom I made the request of the mask and clearly I told her again that I understood her position but that I asked her politely and that I did said that it was no problem for us to wait for someone else, and that I asked for the mask because I have respiratory issues, but what wasn't correct was their talk about us right in front of us like if we weren't there listening, and the bad attitude from them and their insulting behavior. Shame on them to expect people to respect them, understand them and help them, but they are incapable of giving back the same respect, understanding and help. I hope that the company takes care of this malpractice and lack of respect towards the customers that are the ones that help their business to be...

I placed an online order and was questioned to the 9th degree when I tried to pick it up. Because only my first name and middle initial were printed on the pickup label, a female team member (Kim - Subway's 2024 rudest employee) argued with me for 10 minutes claiming that they did not receive my order. Kim refused to check my order number. When she finally picked up my order on the back counter (the only order on the counter!) she says, well it doesn't have the last name you provided. My name is unique, so I guarantee I was the only one with my name placing an order at that time. However, checking the order number would have verified that as well.
To make matters worse, the bread on the sandwiches were hard and inedible! Awful customer service at this location.
ETA: On 5/26 I received an email from store manager Erick Greir where he stated he spoke with his team about this incident and wanted to create a welcoming environment for all. ERICK IS A LIAR.
When I returned to the store for a refund (two hours after our email exchange), Kim (yes - this lady again - Subway's 2024 rudest employee of the year), stated that Erick had not spoken with her. She then called Erick and he suddenly could not remember sending me any email and went on to say that I could not have a refund for the inedible sandwich (which I had brought back to the store with me).
Long story short, AVOID THIS SUBWAY.
Kim should be fired. Erick is a bad manager who lets Kim and others get away with treating customers terribly. He does not care and should be fired as well. There are so many people looking for work. Fire these two and give their jobs to people who actually want to work and provide...
Read morePlace looked nice, but man the lady who made my order must've woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I've been ordering the same thing at Subways for years now with no issue - it's a custom order and doesn't really share a lot of similarities to anything on Subway's standard menu. I get that Subway has been pushing towards a more standardized menu, but from what I also understood, custom orders were still allowed. Despite this, when I told her my order, she said, "oh, so you're ordering this number." and explained to me as if I were a child (I may look it, but I assure you I'm not!) that I'm supposed to order off of the standard menu and just ask for different things on it/ask for a ton of stuff off of it? Which, at that point, would be a custom order, in my opinion, so I didn't understand the point. Not to mention the sandwich she was trying to push me to order advertises that it has more meat than a regular sandwich. I'm a smaller gal, I don't need that much meat. Really didn't understand it, but the rudeness of it all is what put me off the most.
I wouldn't recommend coming here if you like custom sandwiches. The place looked really nice and would otherwise have a really nice atmosphere, but it was kind of tarnished by the unprofessional behaviour on the staff's part. Only the red-headed one, though. The other lady seemed nice.
Funnily enough, this isn't the usual Subway I go to, and just went to this one because it was closer to my location at the time. Learned my lesson for sure though, I'll just stick with the usual one I go to. They're a lot more chill...
