My Husband and I came here for dinner and Brenda was great! She is super friendly and always has a smile on her face when greeted at the window. The manager Angie that was on duty is a completely different story. We got home and noticed we were missing some of our order and one of our tacos was wrong. We drove back up there and Brenda was super nice about getting it fixed but Angie was more than disrespectful and degrading to everyone that was there. They remade the taco and it was wrong AGAIN! She starts yelling at her staff saying that they need to fix the stuff THEY messed up. After the fourth time of them making our taco (steak and cheese) we wanted to speak to the manager and she wouldn’t even come out to speak with us. Instead she asked the other employee “what do they want?” The employee then explained that we wanted to speak with her because she snapped on us when SHE couldn’t get our food right. Read moreI ordered delivery through the mobile app, 2 orders of the cheesy dipping burritos, large nacho fries and the taco party pack. When the order arrived the taco party pack was missing, I came to the restaurant directly after calling them multiple times with no answer. The taco party pack was just sitting there all cold, the blonde young lady at the window was helpful and we asked her if there’s was a possibility to remake the taco party pack ( since it was sitting there and at this point it was all cold and chewy ) she asked the two ladies at the kitchen and they scream out loud that they had no more food because they were closed ( the store closes at 3:00am and this was around 2:28 am ). We asked to order 2 of the dipping burritos and then they scream out loud again “ THERE’S NO MORE FOOD”. What a lack of professionalism and customer service. Latest experience was going at 11pm for a mobile order and when reaching the speaker, we were told that they weren’t serving do to being understaffed. When We went around, we saw 3 employees just standing doing nothing but talking to each other. I am a manager myself, though not for the same company. We are getting paid to work regardless the amount of people. We aren’t allowed to close doors nor tell customers that we can’t serve due to being understaffed. I can understand that you’ll have longer lines and customers are just going to have to wait longer if wanting to be served but we wouldn’t close. Say the company allows it, then why are you still in the store doing nothing and not going home? Unfortunately, all fast food restaurants on 192 are the same.
