I've never been so UNwelcomed to a restaurant before! The place was DEAD, not a single car insight yet the employees were in a rush to get rid of me. I went around 9pm and all the employees looked like teenagers who didn't take their jobs seriously. Their conservations with each other was more important to them. When I placed my order, the guy didn't ask me if I was done when he gave me my total. But everything was correct on the screen. When I was cashed out I wasn't given a receipt, then I had to honk TWICE to ask for a cup holder. When I checked my food it was all wrong. I asked for no mayo, there was mayo, I asked for spicy nuggets, they were all regular, also my fries were stale. It's so sad that their conversation was so important to them that they could not even bother reading what was on the screen while making my food. They had all the time in the world! Coming from someone who works at McDonalds, our customers ALWAYS come first, are greeted with respect and I personally never hand out stale food. Without customers you do not get a paycheck! The manager Sebastian seems like a respectable man but I hope he straightens those kids out! I've had good experiences with this restuarant in the past, but as of recently they've been messing up my orders, yesterday I was so fed up I yelled at the employees and that's not my character, but if they don't realize how IMPORTANT customer service is, they will have NO customers...
Read moreI came with some friends and asked for a apple pecan salad a lady by the name of * who stated that if I wanted more than two packs of pecans that I had to pay $0.30 extra. I told her I go to Wendy's all the time and this is the first time I am hearing of this. * said sorry not this Wendy's so I said okay to the $0.30 extra per pack for nine packs then they tell me you the computers not taken and there's no way to charge me. I don't see how that is my problem but they made it my problem and didnt give me my nine packs of pecans. * had an attitude problem and answer back continuously. I never mean no harm nobody and I hope * gets better training so nothing like this can happen somebody else.
