Levi’s Outlet Store — Local services in Kittery

Really liked the long sleeve shirts with dark blue stripes pictured in this photo, was excited to buy one because the sign said they were $19.99. Went up to the register and the cashier told me the sale was only on the short sleeve shirts. I left and told him he should move the shirts but walked back in shortly after to take a picture of the display because I frankly believe the cashier should have given me the deal. I have worked in customer service as a cashier and that is exactly what my manager would’ve had me do because that is OUR mistake to have displayed the wrong price. I love Levi’s. But the service here was terrible. There were three people working. All sitting around the cashier on the counter and on their phones. When I asked for help to find a specific size and model, one of them reluctantly checked the system. There was still one item in store, but they said that they kept it for themselves to buy it.

The main reason for me to come to the store is for the service and the opportunity to try on the different sizes. I’d be open to order online if the size isn’t in store and to have it send to our home. Absolutely the worst Levi’s outlet store I’ve ever been to, staff is rude and uncooperative. Bought two identical pair of pants same tags same size one was correct and one was not even close when I went to return them because I took the tag off the second pair to wear them for the day, they said they would not take them back even though the tag was wrong they were not the same size I couldn’t even button them.
