Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

As we all know, Jersey Mikes recently opened and has been extremely busy for the past few days. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is clean and consistent with all other Jersey Mikes around the world.

The manager is the main point on which I want to comment. While I was waiting for my order to be ready, this elderly gentleman became irritated by the wait time. When he was about to complain, the manager quickly called out his name and fixed the problem by giving him an estimated time and cups, directing him to the drink station for filling. Her tone was cheerful, and her actions to calm the man were effortless. TThe place was packed, and she treated the customer with great respect. After the man received his drinks, she personally handed him his meal and thanked him for his patience.

I've worked in the food industry, and it can be extremely overwhelming, to the point where you want to pull out your hair. But this employee went above and beyond, and I would feel comfortable having her serve any of my family members.

Sorry for the lengthy post, but I just wanted to share my first-time...

I'm originally from New Jersey so you can imagine how excited I was when they opened a Jersey Mike's in Klamath Falls. However, it has been nothing but disappointing. My favorite has always been the Philly Cheese Steak so that's what I ordered...3 times. The first time it was DRY, the second time - DRY and they didn't listen when I said NO PEPPERS. For the third time, I actually walked into the store to order (giving them one more chance); however, they still put in peppers after I asked for none, the sandwich is as DRY as a desert and the service was soo bad. I will never ever eat from Jersey Mike's in Klamath...

I was not IMPRESSED with the food , staff was kind and curtious except one who. was cold a distant . but then my food came and I didnt like the bread , meat was tasty but brown spotted lettuce ,. turned my appetite away. after second bite of brown spotted lettuce . this was my 2nd time ever in different state , different town they let me down. the first time I good there day food posioing in az. after disregarding red flag of some puking in the bathroom .... i gave them second chance , even then I took all my will power to go inside . not impressed,...
