This is difficult to only give them 2 stars, because the other location on main is a solid 5 star. That being said I’ve been disappointed when I get home with takeout from the Washburn location a few times. Today I went to this location because I was busy on that end of town. So I order chicken skewers (which come with 6 skewers, not big ones) and spring rolls. Both locations are unrealistic about the amount of sauce they give you, so I always have to order an extra one. So I ordered an extra peanut sauce and plum sauce with a large cucumber salad. What I got was no extra plum sauce, and a huge container of peanut sauce. They charge $5 for it, that’s a lot of peanut sauce for 6 small skewers. That was irritating to get home and not only have your order slightly wrong, but it so something so ridiculous. Why would someone need lg tub of peanut sauce for 1 appetizer. Seems obvious, so then I drove all the way back for the right size salad. And not to continue complaining, but they had put so much sugar in the cucumber salad. I tried to fix it adding some vinegar, but I messed it up more. It was already a stressful day, wish I would’ve either driven further to main st location or gone somewhere else.
