Starbucks — Restaurant in Knightdale

This location has gone downhill!! Service and Quality!!! Coffee taste like dish water on several occasions and I have just taken the loss!! But today I am fed up and I don’t make google reviews EVER!! Management and customer service is HORRIBLE!! Been a customer at the Knightdale location (not target) for years! My parents are elderly and go to this location EVERY MORNING for YEARS! Today my parents tried to have a conversation with the assistant manager after my moms drink was incorrect. My dad mentioned this to the barista and she blew with an attitude. We were told by management Victoria that “she (my mother) always has an issue and she should find another location” Mind you she just didn’t want syrup in her drink! The assistant manager also threw her crew under the bus by sharing there is a secret to not give my parents any extra cold foam on the side. My dad was told he was considered a “threat” because he asked the barista was something wrong after she caught an attitude after SHE messed up the drink!! Mind you I came in the same day unknowing of this situation and asked for extra cold foam on the side, GOT A WHOLE CUP and had NO ISSUES!! Waited 20 minutes for 2 water cups. Went back up to the register to check on the waters. A barista told me to wait one moment. I waited 5 minutes at the register. another lady noticed i’ve been waiting for a while and decided to get someone’s attention to say that. The barista that originally took our water orders said “we literally just told her to wait one moment” and that’s when I jumped in to say I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes at that point for the waters. Another barista stepped in to get me those waters (without saying a word) while the original barista ignored me. The rude original barista was a girl with dyed red/orange hair. She should not be working there.

Every time I come to this starbucks in the afternoon/evening, the wait is atrocious, the baristas never want to take anybody’s order (I have waited at the register for 5-8 minutes before), and I always leave disappointed. It makes no sense for this location to be good in the morning and absolutely horrendous at night. they need to staff their night shifts well and train the baristas with morning standards. New bern will be getting my business from now on even thought they’re...

Gosh if there was a option for 6 stars it would have been pressed. Everything about this Starbucks seemed to be on point from the customer service to how the food came out. When someone like myself hates waiting countless minutes for food it helps to have a go to spot that I know will bring me my food efficiently and effectively.

Now i would be doing the organization a huge disservice if i didn’t speak into detail about one of their fine employees. Angy helped me pick out something that might interest me based on information I told her. Turns out the drink “Summer skies” was something that I really enjoyed and needed at the time. This would have not been possible without Angys assistance. I greatly appreciate everything she did for me in enhancing my experience at Starbucks and wish nothing but the best for her.

Furthermore this goes to show the caliber of people Starbucks hires and should come to no one’s surprise why they are doing so well in today’s age. This Starbucks is a must try Cafe and I recommend you and your family...
