Terrible food terrible customer service! DO NOT BOTHER. When I tried to talk to the guy who is suppose to be the manager he was very rude and immature. I was appalled at how he spoke to me. I cancelled my order and did not get the food. Reading these reviews I see he is RUDE to other customers as well. LOOK AT HIS REPLIES to bad reviews. I have NEVER seen a business owner actually put in writing what he has on this website and the worst part is he cant spell and his grammar is terrible. I will NEVER buy anything from here again. Not will anyone else in my family. I reported him and his so called business to the Better Business Bureau and to local officials. Dirty owner. Dirty restaurant. And the owner / manager doesn't care ti make things right. He is also racist. So don't give him your time or money! I doubt this restaurant will last. Please learn how to be kind to customers especially women. And please learn how to spell and use proper grammar before you reply on here. Thats embarrassing IF U R THE BUSINESS OWNER. Contacted the local Attorney Generals office as well. I have plenty of money to spend but I WILL NOT SPEND IT on a olace that is rude to customers, dirty and not willing to make things right when things go bad with their customers orders. They were also making comments about " The White People!" And I do not support racism of any kind. Get it together sir! My wife & I went there today for her lunch brake. The inside was clean & pretty much empty. Nobody was rude or anything like that. We was gonna order but then realized that ONE gyro is $10.49 for just the sandwich and if we wanted fries & a drink we had to pay an extra $4.99! That's insanely HIGH for what you get. We ate here once before and trust me is not like they give you a big basket of fries and a big drink it's a small amount & small drink. *(Our 1st time was about 6 months ago). I know things have changed but sheeshh! Some people take advantage of it. We would have spent nearly $40 for 2 people. So we decided to say thank you & left 2 doors down at La Herradera Mexican Taqueria and spent less and got way more im eating my Torta de Barbacoa & my rice with my 500ml Coca-Cola as I'm writing this review and let me tell you IT'S DELICIOUS 😋. I'm starting my own food business as well and one thing for sure I don't want to see happening is my customers leaving because it's to expensive & that's what he did after. extremely bad experience in this restaurant for several reasons. For those coming here for halal reasons, ONLY their chicken items are halal but the chicken tenders are not halal! the food is very overpriced and mediocre and low quantity for its price. We wanted to add a kids meal to our order due to its price and the employee rudely said “where is the kid, i don’t see any?”. No other restaurants deny service like this from a customer. my family had a very disappointing experience. we lost our appetite the second this happened and we were forced to eat as we had already paid for the food and didn’t know the quantity would be so low and the taste also disappointed. Not only this, I ordered chicken sandwich for myself and I ended up getting grilled chicken instead which is a completely different menu item and I specifically said “chicken sandwich” and not “grilled chicken”.
