We stopped into this new coffee shop today and were so impressed! The coffee was delicious, the flavor options were awesome, and the space itself was well done. It’s such a great addition to the area, and we loved browsing all the little extras they had for sale inside too!

If we could make one tiny suggestion…we’d love to see some premade drink ideas on the menu! Having a few house creations with cute names and fun flavor combos would make it even easier (and more fun!) to order. When we lived in Seattle, we got spoiled by shops that had signature drinks. At Anchorhead I’d always get a “honey bunches of oats” & it was cold brew with burnt honey, cinnamon, maple, & oat milk. When we’ve spent time up north we had a “Fluffy Seagull” in Cape Cod with marshmallow fluff and peanut butter syrup! I love not having to use my brain to create a fun drink before I’ve had my coffee, haha!

We’re so excited to have this spot nearby and will definitely be back often! Thanks for giving us a...

My Order: Hot Latte with the House Syrup, Iced Chai with oat milk, and a French Picnic Sandwich. This local coffee shop has been curated and designed to serve its community. The location is perfect for grabbing food and going to Lakeshore Park. The owners seem to have thought thoroughly about how to involve the local community of makers in Knoxville while also serving their immediate community with what it needs and is lacking. In talking to the owner, all off the food items are made in house in small batches with a HUGE plus that all of the syrups are also made in house (including the Chai concentrate...which is delicious). This is an added bonus for me, and it's a true sign of intentionality and care. Every time I have been in the shop, the staff has been kind, generous, and helpful. I have seen that if something is made wrong, they are quick to make it right. HIGHLY recommend! P.S. A great space with tables for a meeting...

This place is so cute and coffee was good. I will say the service made me feel so awkward…. I brought my baby alone with me so I was already nervous to try a new place alone with my newborn. I walk in & it’s very hard to enter with a stroller I will say, but a nice customer helped me out. It was so quiet in there you could hear a pen drop and the staff just didn’t seem inviting I guess? The cashier was nice and one barista smiled at me, but there were 2 baristas that looked very unhappy to be there. It could’ve been an off day maybe? One barista as she was leaving from behind the counter looked down at me where I was waiting for my coffee and gave me the dirtiest look. Like I said maybe it was just an off morning ? But I’ve seen other reviews saying the same thing. I encourage people to try it out for themselves though! I may go back with friends to see if it was just me feeling a little too anxious and awkward to be...

I have been to camp honey multiple times since their 2nd week of opening. Their staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their coffees are both innovative and well crafted. They offer multiple drink options from coffee, tea, and matcha. Their lunch and pastry offering are well designed for both eating there and taking next door to Lakeshore park. The owners goal is for a place of gathering and they have achieved that with great location, great product, and excellent customer experience. There will always be growing pains with any new small business and they have worked hard to correct even some of the smallest and unnoticed inconveniences of their customers and worked to make their coffee shop even more comfortable. I will enjoy this third space for its very friendly atmosphere and excellent coffee.

It's a great new spot. You can never have enough local owned coffee filling stations. Have to keep caffein tank full. Overall, I liked it. But there is one thing I didn't like. Let's talk about it... Location: Off the main drag. So the locals should really support it. A quick cup. Service: Friendly staff, super helpful. Atmosphere: A little loud, but that's because they appear to stay busy. They do have several tables to sit. Coffee: Hmm 😒 it's good. They have several options and in-house made syrups. But.... the beans are over roasted. So the coffee is dark and bitter. Now, if you enjoy a dark toffee hints, then you may love it. I enjoy a smoother, lighter tone. If they shorten the roast time or lower the temp, they could have a 5☆. Pros: Staff, Location Cons: Beans are over roasted 😔

The coffee is not good at all. It tastes more like hot milk than actual latte and the chocolate and cherry flavors felt more like an after thoughts. While not disgusting, the drinks are very lacking. I also got a matcha latte with blueberry syrup and the "syrup" was essentially muddled blueberries that added nothing to the drink. Will not return. Update: The business owner reached out to me on my social media to confront me about my bad review. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and dangerous. I considered trying again on another day with another menu item, but this behavior is super sketchy. Suggestion: do not take honest feedback as "bullying". You searched ME out and messaged ME. You opened a business, learn to take criticism.
