I've been eating at Chipotle for almost ten years. I was there the day that the Knoxville location on Cumberland opened, a day where free burritos, chips, and drinks were given out to anyone who came to the morning or afternoon opening.
While I was iffy about some of the workers then, my appreciation and love for Chipotle has only grown with the employees that are there now and have been there for the past seven months!
The food is always delicious, cooked and seasoned to perfection, and given in generous portions (and you can always ask for a little bit more!). The prices for what you get (and what you ask for) are much better than competitor prices. However, the shining star of this establishment isn't the amazing food or fun atmosphere of being on the strip; it's the crew. The phenomenal people who work there are vibrant and full of life, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone who comes through their doors receives the Chipotle signature experience.
When you combine good prices, great food, and even better customer service, it's no wonder the restaurant is always packed and alive with people making healthier choices in a place that's just as convenient as fast food but better, tastier, and healthier, in more of a fast-gourmet setting.

Read moreMy name is Jacob (I know y’all remember me Chipotle) and I ordered food through the Chipotle app (which uses doordash to deliver the food), and my driver stole my food. There were two more drivers who went there and didn’t see my food so they cancelled my order. I had to go to Chipotle myself after that. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem them making another bowl for me since someone stole my food. The girl working the cash register said that she could remake it. Then the manager comes up to me and basically tells me there’s nothing he can do and they can’t remake it. He then says we may be able to help you if you used the chipotle app, which I said I used it, then he said “that uses door dash so we can’t help you”. Manager doesn’t care, don’t order delivery from this place because they don’t care if your food gets stolen. Now I have to wait 5 business days for doordash to refund my money. Manager needs to be fired, he was very unprofessional when I spoke to him and didn’t seem to care that my food was stolen that I paid for. Granted the volume of college students that they serve is HUGE, the dining room was a total mess. Besides obviously NO ONE monitoring or responsible for the dining area it was filthy. There were no napkins anywhere, no ice, no straws, no lids for drinks nothing had been wiped down in the time we were there, it was gross. Granted the serving area where the food is was not disturbing and somewhere orderly. The food prep team was rolling as fast as they could and the line servers were pleasant when you ordered. The cashier was super hateful and rolled her eyes when we asked for chips, queso and a drink. We got food to go but, I can say with certainty that I will never be back to that...
