Corigliano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Knoxville

The pizza was good, our mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way. It took us over an hour to get our pizza! And it took 20 minutes to get our appetizer. The girls that work there were more worried about eating their own food and flirting then actually working. Nobody ever came to tell us that it was gonna take that long there was no communication and the customer service was terrible! The girls were rude and just anything seemed like an inconvenience for them. Hands-down the worst service I have ever had anywhere! They were not busy at all there were maybe three people dining in including us so the wait was completely unnecessary. I would like to say that I would be back but honestly I will not spend money to support a business that has employees like that and run a business that way. And if you’re that short staffed in the kitchen or you only have one person working that is something that absolutely needs to be communicated to the customers when they come in because if that was the case I definitely would have went...

I was here with a couple friends for the Knoxville Nationals in August for the first time. This place was 1st on our list of places to eat. We got to Knoxville on Tuesday night and decided to try it out right away…can’t go wrong with pizza at 10pm, right? We got some cheese bread and got ready to order the Nitro pizza before we were questioned by the waitress. We decided that might not be such a good idea that late at night. We ended up with a meats pizza and had a side of hot sauce. That was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was just right (crisp) and it actually supported the loaded toppings! Fast forward to the Saturday of the Nationals (our last day) we decided to try the Nitro pizza for lunch. Wow! That thing is no joke! It is loaded with peppers, pepper flakes, hot sauce. If you like hot stuff, it’s for you. I will be back here when I return to Knoxville. 10/10 recommend. A ton of racing memorabilia inside as well, pictures, side wing...

Waited for exactly one hour for a large pizza and nothing else. The place was super dirty, especially the bathroom. I wiped off the table as the waitress stood there and watched and she told me just wipe the crumbs on the floor and then said "Dont worry about it. Have you seen this place?". Lots of empty tables with dirty dishes and cups to be cleared but the staff sat in a booth complaining about how tired they were and talking with regulars. We never got any refills. The atmosphere is cool with racing decor. They even show other races on the TV. The pizza was incredible and had a great taste but still not worth the wait. Only reason for 3 stars is because of the food,...
