I have always had a good experience at this location. However, today, my order was very unsatisfactory. My pizza was not well done and did not have the signature thick handmade pan crust. Last month, I ordered 6 handmade pans for a party, and they got every single one of them perfect. Despite my dissatisfaction with todayâs order and the manager becoming argumentative with me, there was a different feeling in the store. When I walked in, no one greeted me, which is unusual. I said hello to the short-haired woman who usually helps me and is usually chatty, and she just nodded and got out of my sight line. I spoke to the manager, Ian, about my order, and he reluctantly pushed the pizza back, a normal request. He had another employee hand it back. I spoke to this person and thanked them for putting the pizza back in the oven. This person did not speak to me, either, and just nodded and quickly went to the back. This once very friendly store had an eerie feeling today, and I am worried about my Dominoâs friends under this new, oppressive manager who seems to be cutting costs by using roughly half the dough in all products from pan pizzas to twists, fully understanding it prevents them from being...
Read moreWould leave zero stars that possible called up the store spoke to Josiah, explained my situation about paying for my marinara and not receiving it on this order and not to mention I did not receive my 2 marinara i paid for on my previous order as well... So I get offered to come back and receive my marinara which they forgot to put in my order this time with no regards or concern that I paid for two of my last order and didn't receive them and not to mention I live 10 minutes away...but I'm not the type of person to complain over one marinara but the fact that it had happened to me on my previous order with two I paid for I decided to call them up, very rude with customer service if I didn't live 10 minutes away I would have drove up there will (the alleged general manager) but it is what it is... a bad review over two explain that to your franchise owner!your tone sounded as if you would have fought me for your wrongdoing over me calling you to let you know this is the second time it happened, the fact that you acted as if I was in the wrong for paying for marinara on two occasions and not receiving them as if it's my fault! Do your job and make sure they're in...
Read moreI work for another Dominos in the state of Tennessee. I also work DoorDash. While working at a Dominos in Tampa, Florida drivers were required to purchase their Dominos toppers, payable via a $10 deduction from each paycheck. I have a vehicle specifically dedicated to delivery. My topper stays on 24/7.
What I don't appreciate, is someone who stops me in the street, identifies himself as a GM and wants to see the bottom of my topper and know my store number because they apparently have drivers who aren't situationally aware, and have had toppers stolen.
My question. Do you stop everyone you don't know and inquire? Insinuating they are in possession of a stolen Dominos sign? Or just those of us with a "tan"? Does Dominos pay you to dig into other individuals business?
I've been a Dominos employee since before this gent was old enough to work legally in the United States. If you want a degree in criminal justice, the UT Campus is within walking distance from your location. Otherwise, don't embarrass yourself by leaving the dough table during peak hours.
Side note : Try hiring attentive competent drivers and you won't have toppers stolen. I've had mine...
