Standing at the counter over five minutes still have not been greeted. Slowest customer service from a jimmy johns ever. This is ridiculous. Three employees in sight not one of them has spoken a word to me standing at their front counter for over five minutes. Update: Stood at the front counter for a total of ten minutes without be spoke to at all by any of the employees. Two people behind me left after watching me wait in front of them without being acknowledged by any of the employees for the first five minutes I stood there. Finally after ten minutes I spoke up and let the guy who seemed to be management know that I had been standing there ten minutes without being greeted at all. He apologized very flippantly and said they don't have enough employees. There were three employees. That's not enough to greet a customer at the front register?!! So you let them stand there for ten minutes? Horrible customer service! If that manager/shift leader can't do better than that when apologizing for poor service then he needs to get a different job. I know for a fact that they want them to greet any customer that walks in within 30 - 60 seconds which is industry standard. Read moreThis store needs to find a new area manager. Unprofessional and needs to find another career that doesn't require customer service. I have ordered a delivery 2 other times from this Jimmy John's and both times had things missing from my order. At the time I just assumed that mistakes happen so I didn't make a big deal about it. Now this is my 3rd time ordering a delivery and didn't even get my food. I called the store and spoke to the 'Area Manager' and I must say that I have never in my life witnesses this kind of behavior from a manager. The manager said that the driver took a picture when he delivered and he said that I did receive my food. So I politely asked for proof of a picture to ensure it was my apt and he couldn't provide it. I offered to take a picture of my apt and he just kept saying that my food was delivered and that he can't do anything about it. I asked to speak to someone above him and he said that there were no one to speak to that he was the 'Area Manager'.
I have worked in the food service industry for over 25 years and I have never witnessed or been treated so poorly. I am extremely disappointed at this particular Jimmy John's and I hope Jimmy John's corporate takes a closer look at this store before it loses...
Read moreToday, the drink I ordered did not make the delivery because "we are out of ice, so I have to go back to get it." The order was delivered to my place of work, so obviously I have a limited amount of time for lunch. Did not receive drink during said break. I placed a call to the store inquiring about drink. It was eventually delivered, but to the wrong suite ,so I don't even know how long the drink had been there. I normally order several times per month from this location, as do numerous co workers. My last 4 to 5 orders have had an item missing, be it drink, chips, ranch, etc. The manager seemed pretty unconcerned about my experiences. The food is generally decent, but the service is SO lacking. This is NOT OK. I will not be patronizing Jimmy John's in the near future, especially this location. The only thing consistent about this place is the inconsistency of getting a correct order. If I could give a ZERO star...
