Updating my 1 star rating due to the experience that I had at this McDonald this morning around 4am. young lady and young gentleman working the drive-thru tonight absolutely amazing customer service absolutely amazingly fast service absolutely everything that I expect from McDonald's Way to go guys thanks for the awesome service keep up the good Work And lead by example hopefully for others You guys deserve a raise both of you. Cook And the drive-thru young lady Sorry that I don't know your names I'll be sure to get the next time. This rating is based solely on my experience with you. You deserve the 5 stars. My customer was beyond happy as well. (I got quite the tip when I delivered ;) thanks again and I hope the other McDonald's employees can pick up on this level of customer first mentality.
And it's McDonald's is the absolute worst everytime I go I'm waiting 20 minutes they had me pull up and I'm waiting every single time this is ridiculous they called me to miss out on so many orders customers are coming in after me and leaving before me I think they are just lazy and don't want to bring my food outside then why have me pull up to begin with what I want to know this is an everyday thing late night the workers that work there on the night shift to morning shift between like 12 a.m. and 4 a.m. are just terrible terrible there's no way I've never been to it McDonald's or have to wait 20 minutes for my order ever in life much less every time I go there you guys need to do your job better because you're costing us to work...
Read moreIt's been going downhill more and more, wait times have just been ridiculous as of late! And the idea of going inside to get faster than the drive-thru, well not only is that an ignorant defeat of the purpose of drive through, but it also doesn't work as it's just as slow in there! They do not hold true to their promises of fast times anymore, not are they concerned if you have a complaint. They still make the corporate and management think they're doing great because they pull car after car into spots and make them wait longer. Those spots are SUPPOSED TO be used when an order has to be cooked longer and the cars behind can go ahead and get their food, not so they can take as long as they want and still make their drive through times goal and pretend to be doing great. I'm sorry but web you're lined out to Clinton hwy every single time I come, there's a problem needing fixed! Other than that, food has been reasonably good, hot, fresh, enjoyable! Read moreTook our food to the wrong table, after they handled it and realized it wasn't theirs, they took it back to the counter, they then brought their right meal, the one girl gave it to another girl our food when it was brought back and had her bring it to us since we were the only other ones that didn't have food yet. We told her we didn't want that, as the other table had handled the food before they just brought it to us. She went back to the counter and took the sandwich out of the bag and told the guy in the back to reward the sandwich. We told her no, we wanted fresh food, so they put the chicken tenders back on the rack to be reserved and once the chicken sandwich was rewarded, they slid it back onto the rack as well, but did dump the fries out. We watched and they did grab other replacements for our food, but concerned about the cleanliness and food safety protocols of this particular Chick-Fila. Not the norm for Chick-Filas everywhere else. Watch what they do...
