Mi País — Restaurant in Knoxville

Me, my fiance and our son initially stopped in to find something else, not entirely sure what it was we had been looking for because after we realized it was actually a restaurant we ordered some food, I'd never had Salvadoran food before, but this was a step in the right direction.

I would highly recommend the beef or chicken gordita, the filete de pescado, and any of their fruit drinks... The atmosphere is very cozy, clean and friendly and they aren't...

Flavor bombs. Come ready to guess if you don't speak Spanish. Trust me, guessing will work fine.

Everything I've ordered here has been amazing, I've gone back 4 times already.

It was the best fried yucca I've ever eaten and I recommend the melon juice. The portions were huge and the prices very reasonable.

The staff was also very friendly, even if their English wasn't great. I'll be eating here...
